Incompetent staff and silly policies.
Cons:

Staff are not trained, they could not find the booking. They had to get a manager to find the booking.

The hotel changed my room after I had already checked in. Reason provided was that I had brought alcohol from outside. So if you bring alcohol from outside, apparently they will change your room even though you have already paid and checked into the room.

That's silly and nasty.

Staying in that room is suitable for only a few hours or just for 1 night

The toilet was fully closed and does not have any fan to vent out air once the toilet has been used. Therefore, I feel it was unhygienic as it gives a bad smell to the whole room after toilet use.
