Perfect for my night in Rila.
Pros:

Very well maintained and clean with wonderful staff who took pride in their accomodation. A great choice to stay in Rila.

Cons:

No fridge in the room or access to one. I was in a single room so bigger rooms may have one.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a very relaxed stay in this lovely family run hotel, our room with a dedicated space for luggage was comfortable. It had air conditioning, good wifi, 2 beds, wardrobe, TV, desk and chairs and a good bathroom with a great shower. Outside the balcony with furniture was a nice place to enjoy an afternoon drink and the view over the small town. There is a shared fridge available and lovely shared outdoor space in the garden. We ate a lovely traditional meal in the in house restaurant. Our host was fantastic from start to finish very friendly and accommodating. Dedicated parking spaces.
Stopping here in this small town gave us the opportunity to relax in the local community and if required revisit the Monastery. This is a cash only hotel and a cash only town.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, que además hablaba español.

Cons:

Que no tuvieran el restaurante abierto para poder desayunar, aunque en la reserva indicaban que el desayuno estaba disponible

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Rila Kloster
Pros:

Der Besitzer kümmert sich super um alle Anliegen, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön

Cons:

Zum Frühstück oder Abendessen muss man etwas Zeit mitbringen, da der Besitzer sich alleine um alles kümmert - geschmacklich war es top.

Стаята беше просторна и с чудесна гледка към планината.

Cons:

Като цяло престоят беше приятен, но има няколко неща, които според нас биха могли да се подобрят – маса и сушилник на терасата, както и комарник на вратата, тъй като имаше доста насекоми, още един сифон в банята (наличният беше много малък и се запушваше).

Банята беше чиста, но душ зоната е сравнително тясна и не особено комфортна.

Домакинът беше любезен при пристигането ни. В ресторанта хапнахме още първата вечер, но изборът беше ограничен и ни беше препоръчано конкретно какво да поръчаме . Цените бяха по-високи от тези в заведенията в града, поради което не посетихме ресторанта отново. След това останахме с впечатление, че отношението към нас леко се промени.

Pros:

Check in and check out was super friendly. Location was close to amenities. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Very limited menu. Proprietor seemed very busy. Had to ask for drinks after meal was served. Baklava or ice cream on offer for dessert despite lots more on the menu.

La possibilità di cenare e fare colazione in hotel, considerando che pioveva a dirotto quando siamo arrivati in moto. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il Monastero di Rila.

Cons:

La stanza era veramente molto piccola e poco comoda per motociclisti con abbigliamento da moto. Il pagamento è possibile solo ed esclusivamente in contanti.

Perfect location for visiting the world heritage Rila monastery
Pros:

The location is excellent - in Rila village and 20 km from the monastery. The hotel itself is nice and rustic, with outdoor space under the grapevines for relaxing or for meals. Rooms are very good, with balcony with a view. The guy who runs the hotel for his grandparents, David, is very friendly and helpful. Hotel parking right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

A minor issue is that the rooms don’t have an electric kettle nor a fridge.
