Hotel con buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente a 200 mts de plaza España.
Muy amable el personal

Cons:

Le falta una remodelación integral. La habitación era amplia pero desaprovechada.

El aire acondicionado lo manejan desde recepción ellos prenden y apagan según sus políticas. Nos tocó una noche particularmente calurosa tan calurosa que me despertó el calor a la madrugada porque en ese horario las habitaciones estan sin aire acondicionado. Fue solo una noche el problema. Las otras cuatro noches la habitación permanecía fresca y muy agradable. La cama tenía una estructura de madera vieja que no era muy cómoda.

The location.

Cons:

The extensive mold in the bathroom above the tub/shower. The AIr Conditioning barely worked and its use was in a restricted schedule. The room had a weird smell to it and generally did not seem clean. The ceiling light had a mind of its own. Came on and off whenever it wanted. The shower was plugged and overflowed. We stayed 1 night of the 4 scheduled and booked a room at another location. We have not been reimbursed for the 3 nights we didn't stay. I rarely ever complain, but this location was not at all what we were expecting or even reasonably close.

Good location, but that's all.
Pros:

Location was very good.
Close to the Spanish steps and Trevi
Room was cleaned every day.
Clean towels every day.

Cons:

You had to leave the key at the front desk.
Mold in the bathroom
Shower gel and shampoo are in tiny bags, which made us buy a normal bottle.
First person at check in was not that friendly.
Air-conditioning temperature was not changeable, which made sleeping there in a heatwave hell.

Room was very basic. Don't expect any luxurious.

Pro: Excelente localização, perto de tudo. Con: Falta de controle sobre o A/C

Localização excelente, bom custo e beneficio. Quarto confortavel.

Cons:

Fiquei em dois quartos, em um deles o A/C era desligado de madrugada e religado de manhã. Por duas noites, acordei morrendo de calor e transpirando, comuniquei a recepção q simplesmente respondeu q o sistema era automatizado e que eles não poderiam fazer nada. No outro quarto, o A/C podia ser ligado/desligado atraves de um interruptor na parede, porém, não havia controle remoto para regular a temperatura do quarto... pessoas diferentes tem preferencias diferentes quanto a temperatura do quarto. É lamentavel o hospede não ter esse controle.

La mejor ubicación al mejor precio
Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, amabilidad de todo el personal, relación- calidad precio muy buena.

Es un hotel para tener claro a lo que se va a Roma, si tu prioridad es visitar Roma estando muchas horas en la calle y de forma secundaria un sitio cómodo donde dormir y que esté bien ubicado este hotel es el tuyo.
Si por el contrario buscar estar mucho tiempo en el hotel, buscas lujos o priorizas una buena ducha y un estado nuevo te has equivocado de hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Termini Station, which makes it very convenient to reach without needing public transportation. Many of Rome's main attractions, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and the Vatican Museums, are easily reachable on foot.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that it was quite difficult to adjust the shower to a comfortable water temperature, as it kept changing between too hot and too cold. Also, when the air conditioning was running continuously, the room became a bit too cool. Other than that, everything was great.
