Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Termini Station, which makes it very convenient to reach without needing public transportation. Many of Rome's main attractions, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and the Vatican Museums, are easily reachable on foot.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that it was quite difficult to adjust the shower to a comfortable water temperature, as it kept changing between too hot and too cold. Also, when the air conditioning was running continuously, the room became a bit too cool. Other than that, everything was great.

Cons:

I should tell you what I did not like. The zircon broke down in my room and it was sweltering hot. The staff gave me a fan which was not acceptable in that heat. It was when I threatened to walk out that the staff called the hotel manager , at my insistence, and guess what turned out they did have another room available after all ! Totally unacceptable behaviour. Terrible wifi. Shower stall did not drain properly and nearly flooded the bathroom, Shower head had not been de-scaled in ages so the water came out sideways!

Fantastic location
Pros:

Location is really good. The room was very quiet. Very basic, but works well for us. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is very small, but the bathtub was a bit worn out. It would have been nice to be able to easily control the aircon.

Pros:

la habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, el servicio muy amable y la ubicación es excelente!

Es un hotel un poco antigüo, pero excelente para una estadía de un par de días

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στα ισπανικά σκαλιά, μέτρια εμπειρία άνεσης και παροχών.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και η 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ βολική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό.

Cons:

Το ταβάνι του μπάνιου είχε σημάδια υγρασίας έως και μούχλας και το aircodition στο οποίο μπορούσες ρυθμίσεις τη θερμοκρασία αλλά παρά μόνο την ένταση, κάποιες φορές δούλευε και κάποιες σταματούσε. Επίσης, η μπανιέρα η οποία δεν είχε κουρτίνα είχε χτυπήματα που σε έκαναν να τη νιώθεις βρώμικη.

Buena ubicación pero gestión muy mejorable

La ubicación es excepcional sobretodo cuando tienes compromisos en el centro

Cons:

Al llegar, el propio hotel me indicó que podía acceder a la habitación, pero al entrar comprobé que aún no estaba completamente preparada. El personal reconoció la situación y me pidió que dejara nuevamente la llave para poder terminar de acondicionarla.
