Where do I start!!
Could not get wine glasses to our room without paying 10 euro. Instead paper cups were on offer. No glass wear in the room at all. We had an amazing Spa outside with no water in it. It was huge and would of expected staff to fill it before we arrived. Stained cushions on the lounge.
Front reception not very helpful and seemed like they were annoyed. Would never come here again

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchen.

Cons:

Der Whirlpool war niemals in einem Zustand, dass wir ihn nutzen konnten. Entweder war Wasser drin und das Wasser war kalt oder das Wasser war komplett abgelaufen. Ich wünsche mir in einem Hotel, dass der Whirlpool gefüllt ist und bereit zum benutzen.

Cons:

Stay away from this hotel; what they advertise bears no relation to what you actually get. They use the "non-refundable" category as a pretext to keep your money. They don't answer the phone or reply to messages, especially when you go through Booking.com, a company that is even worse than the hotel itself. Once you’ve paid, they wash their hands of the matter, and in the end, neither party takes responsibility or steps up to address your issues. Don't let yourself be fooled or scammed; the two of them make the perfect team for exactly that.
