Good location for short stay.

Did not meet the expecations
Pros:

The hotel location is near to City railway, metro & bus stations. Plenty of restaurants near by. The complimentary breakfast was OK. Busy shopping area and lots of shops are near by.

Cons:

Room is not exactly same as shown in photo. It is small for a family. Booked room for 2 adults and 1 child but they provided a double bed which was not sufficient for 3. I thought I booked AC room but they said it is not AC room. Not sure what happened in between. Then cleaned the room without our request and it made bit uncomfortable. TV was not working and they did not take any action even after complaint. Bath towels provided after a request only. Bathroom is small.

Overall decent stay / can improve on breakfast
Pros:

the reception area was good when compared to other hotels in this region, the room and wash room size was quiet good along with amenities provided in the room - considering the price and i would call it a total value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast options are very limited and they can actually work on breakfast menu - VADA , sambar and chutney are the constant items along with some rice items. I think as a hotel they need to understand that the "Traveller/Tourist" travelling would like to have a breakfast that is more friendly to taste - RICE in morning is errr...
The room mattress needs to be replaced for sure.

Pros:

Dirmi aqui uma noite pois a posição era cómoda , perto da parada principal do ônibus e comoda para chegar no aeroporto.
O quarto muito confortável, cama muito boa, o hotel mais limpo em que estive na Índia e chuveiro quente!

Cons:

O café da manhã com opções só indianas. Os funcionários um pouco rudes

Decent hotel to stay
Pros:

Room was clean and refreshment service to room was good

Cons:

Break fast spread was not great. Also towels were not placed in the rooms and need to request it.

Friendly staff, tried to help me on early arrival and also my late departure. Breakfast was standard vegetarian no eggs
