Huge Mistake! Cancelled on the spot!
Pros:

The place is centrally located - walking distance from the landmarks in South Mumbai. Tasty eating places around too. On Colaba Causeway - so it makes shopping enjoyable.

Cons:

The place is centrally located - in a very clean neighbourhood, but the guesthouse is extremely poky! The rooms are super-small; there is no place to move around. You can hear the other guests speaking through the doors and the walls. There are no chairs in the room! The bathroom was clean, though - and so was the room and the bed. I would definitely not recommend it if you are travelling with family or children, or if you are a lady and are particular about the environment of your room.
