We had a pleasant stay and would like to give a special thanks to all staff, especially Sintya. Her service was excellent – she is very friendly, helpful, and took great care of us. Her warm personality made us feel welcome right away.
Central to all activities in Ubud. The staff were very very friendly, my son especially liked Gita and syntia. Syntia was a fantastic guide and worked out all our activities and places to eat and shop along the way, including hotel transfers. I would definitely recommend her for future activities and to family and friends.
For our family dynamics there wasn’t enough for my toddler to do, but this is my fault for choosing villa style accommodation instead of more family friendly resort options

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at Poka Villa and truly cannot recommend it enough.
The villa itself was so private, peaceful and comfortable — exactly what we needed. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single time we left and returned, they stood up from reception to greet us, which was such a warm and genuine touch. Kriscya in particular absolutely warmed our hearts — she is so kind, so thorough and so good at her job. We walked away from every interaction with her smiling. Honestly, if you were having the worst day, five minutes talking to Kriscya would turn it completely around. She is just one of those people.
Breakfast was included in our stay and delivered to our villa every morning at the time we requested — the pancakes and fresh fruit were absolutely delicious, best pancakes we had in Bali. Each morning we also ordered salted caramel cold foam coffees from Heliostar, the cafe and restaurant attached to the villa at the front, and they were delivered alongside breakfast. Incredible. One night we ordered dinner through room service and had the carbonara pasta with grilled chicken — wow. Just wow.
The team also offered to organise transfers for us between locations and we hired a scooter directly through them which was so easy and convenient.
For the level of service, the privacy, the comfort and the overall experience — Poka Villa is genuinely incredible value. We will absolutely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

Séjour incroyable pour moi ! Je ne m’attendais pas à passer un aussi bon séjour. Tout était parfait. La villa avec la piscine était magnifique, le personnel est incroyable, très accueillant, bienveillant et gentil. Si je reviens à Bali j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Je recommande infiniment !

We stayed in the biggest pool villa room. Everything was perfect especially all staff there, they are so kind and look after us like family. I asked them to get a small knife for my green mango that I bought from market, they brought it to me in a minute. Would like to say thank you again to Kriscya, Sintya, Dian and others staff. They have professional service mind.

The WiFi went down whilst we were staying for one day however the staff explained this to us and allowed us to connect to their hot spot data to book any taxis we needed!
