Horrible
Pros:

I didn't stay there to like anything.

Cons:

I was denied a room on arrival despite having a confirmed booking, being told the hotel was fully booked. I was then shifted to another hotel, which took an additional 30 minutes of waiting. There was no prior intimation or courtesy call about the overbooking.The hospitality of the front desk staff was extremely poor, they made me feel as if I was at their mercy. There is no valid contact number listed for the property. I had found an email ID online and had informed them well in advance that I had reached Bangalore and was on my way, but they hadn't even opened the email. It was only after I pointed it out at the reception that they checked it.

Pros:

Transportation to hotel. Breakfast in the morning and good heating system for shower.

Cons:

I was under the impression that this was part of hotel service but unfortunately, this has to be paid separately. If I know this maybe Uber will be my transportation of choice.
