Great room, clean, walking distance to Spa

Cons:

Dinner was rather warmed up did not taste fresh. Breakfast provided on a plate, as we do not eat that much meat and cheese it results in food waste.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Der ganze Betrieb ist eher Pension denn Hotel.

Cons:

Zimmer im dritten Stock, kein Lift, keine Unterstützung durch Personal.
Kleines Restaurant, nur Abends. Tagsüber keine Möglichkeit auch nur ein Getränk zu bekommen.
Keine freie Auswahl beim Frühstück; alles nach Schema F.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keinesfalls, weder fürs Hotel noch fürs Essen.
Personal nicht unbedingt freundlich oder zuvorkommend.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mitten im schönen Dorf von Vals, Parkplatz direkt daneben.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist hell und modern. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Oster-Frühstück wurde fix-fertig serviert und es gab auch die Möglichkeit, etwas nachzubestellen.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat keine Abtrennung. Das hatte zur Folge, dass sogar der Wohnbereich nach dem Duschen nass war. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift. Wenn man also müde von einem anstrengenden Tag ist und noch in den 3. Stock muss, ist dies vielleicht nicht geeignet für eine unsportliche Person.

Beautiful and comfortable room in Vals with access to the Thermal Baths
Pros:

Beautiful and centrally located hotel in Vals. The room was spacious, had a lot of storage space, the bathroom was great and it included basic toilettries form the 7132 brand. The receptionist and later waiter at the restaurant was really kind and helpful! The hotel has access to the 7132 Thermal Baths, but what we didn't know was that we could access both days! Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast included in the reservation was also delicios. Basic Swiss breakfast, but plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back if I can!

Cons:

Be aware that the hotel is closed from 12:00 to 15:00, so if you arrive with luggage, you should be mindful of that!

Hotel Glenner provides the quintessential Vals experience with a warm staff welcoming you.
Pros:

The staff were all very kind. The morning breakfast was amazing! The restaurant area in which we were served was so cozy. It was so nice that the hotel included entry into the amazing Thermae Vals. I love that the 7132 brand connects multiple businesses.

Cons:

As a family traveling with lots of luggage and ski gear, I wish we had a little warning that the hotel was closed in the middle of the day. However, thankfully, we were able to get in and find a place to store our stuff. Staff was very kind to accommodate us.
