Nothing
very central location at the end of the high street. The bed was comfortable, the heating adjustable and there were tea/coffee facilities in the room. The bathroom was well setup and clean
The room decor had a very 1970s vibe with very dated furniture. Everything worked well but all the dark brown was not very inviting.
Had a fantastic stay with my husband. The hotel and rooms were clean to a high standard.
The food in the bar was epic, my husband says it qas the best steak pie hes ever had. The staff were all super friendly especially Kali. We were made to feel so welcome. Will definitely be back again.
Nothing!
The room was clean and more than adequate for me.
The shower could have been better but that is my only gripe.
Staff very professional and friendly.,great price and location .
Leaving
Location
Lack of food at 8pm despite they say they serve good Scottish foods
The customer service the lady who sorted my room out made me at ease.perfect customer service she was made me feel at ease but she was a credit to.the AYRSHIRE AND GALLOWAY
It was fine descent and never have any vault onlyone to many people smoking weed and smells your room
Pretty, great location, lovely staff
Little bit noisy from nearby bars but not too late.
The most charming hotel for a charming town
Location is on main road and short walk to what there is of city centre which isn't much sadly
Room was dark dingy and very out dated not anywhere near what yous expect to get for what they charged £125 feel like I was robbed. Outlook from room (30) one side carpark other side an old derelict building would not stay again also very noisy at night from pub or pubs nearby loud music and bad karaoke singers !!
Couldn't actually fault the place, other than being old, but it was clean & comfortable, the staff were very friendly
The price for it was on the high side but this may be due to an local event
Perfect location for my needs. No frills room but good value for money. Very clean. Staff were very plesant and helpful.
The fire door on the bathroom was very anoying. I like to keep a bathroom door open when I am getting ready and had to prop it open with my case. I kept it closed when having a shower as I know steam can set off the smoke alarms sometimes.
The location was good, near the train station and bars and food places.
The room was big but dated.
The welcome was warm amd the bar area was decent.
The shower wasn't the best.
The bed was very uncomfortable
Its location
Slightly retro decor, could do with a little upgrade.
