Pros:

Great location. Staff spoke limited English but very kind and helpful and with goggle translate we all got by. We were able to leave our bags after check out and continue exploring before getting the sleeper train.

Cons:

extremely bad experience here. its not even that the bed is hard or that you‘re woken up at 6.30am from kids using the pool, it‘s that upon checkput i could not pay by card and when i asked to sort it out through booking.com i was chased down the street and had to pay in cash without being returned the 240.000dong in change. do not recommend at all

Personnel adorable qui veut aider

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avons écourté notre séjour : hôtel trop vieillissant qui ne ressemble plus aux photos
Je ne comprends d’ailleurs pas les commentaires
Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont très usés et tâchés, les rideaux de la fenêtre étaient également recouverts de tâches
Il y a un gros rafraîchissement à faire
La table de nuit avait été arrachée du mur et n’existait plus, des clous avaient été mis à un moment pour de la déco mais déco inexistante
Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit

Pros:

Location was close to everything but far enough to be quiet at night. The staff were friendly, and the pool, although not too deep because there are lots of families with kids swimming and playing, was still nice to chill at. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The Falun Gong sign at reception should go, I respect religions and personal faith but that’s not what a hotel should display and represent.
Also the shower was leaking water to the bathroom because there’s no drainage in the shower, but it didn’t bother me as much.

Cons:

la ventana de la habitación da a un corredor interno y el vidrio parece no ser doble, lamentablemente durante mi estadía había un grupo muy bullicioso y se escuchaba todo.

Un hôtel bien sympathique à taille humaine
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit hôtel bien sympathique à taille humaine et bien situé. La piscine permettait de se rafraîchir en fin de journée, nous avons pu louer facilement un scooter pour partir visiter les pagodes et tombeaux en toute autonomie. Le personnel est adorable et il y a plein de restaurants autour, la rue reste toutefois très calme. J’y reviendrais avec plaisir

If you’re staying in Hue I highly recommend Life Hotel. 10/10 all round
Pros:

Love love love the pool! This place was super comfortable and welcoming!! Situated in a quiet alley with food eateries abundant.

Pros:

Life was a hotel I swapped to after going somewhere that didn't meet the description, it was an absolute god send. The city is busy and being in the pool at life feels like an oasis from that. The bedroom was immaculate with everything you need and a good en suite. Only here for a short time, but I recommend going and getting a massage and your nails done on the street outside, everyone very accommodating. Helpful staff on reception desk.
