Pros:

The hotel was very classy and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly, kind ane eager to help. There was free airport pick up. The food is great.

Met my needs and conveniently located for the University of Ghana
Pros:

The location was good for me - 10 minute Uber from the University of Ghana. With a little bit of persistence, I found that it is actually possible to walk to the University (45 minutes), mostly through the rather rundown Accra Botanical Gardens though you might have to search for closest entry point. Once we had sorted out breakfast options (some are rather exotic), my choice of full English with fresh fruit was excellent!

Cons:

The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes needed to be prompted on some of the details - like remembering to check whether there are TV controls (there is a large screen but no TV channels were available in-room but there is access to Netflix and YouTube, so plenty of options).

wyfi/internet very weak. Location, nowhere to go to on foot.
