Problem free as usual
Pros:

I always stay here for convenience and I know what to expect

Cons:

Internet is a bit slow given that Telekomcel and others are quite fast. Recommend getting a SIM form the mall downstairs for short stays.

Good hotel with a great staff, but with some caveats before you book
Pros:

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel, although there are some caveats. The staff is exceptional -- super nice and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent with a mix of regional and international options. The rooms are large and the bed was quite comfortable. TV had plenty of international channels and the conference facilities were good.

Cons:

Things to note -- Some rooms have a view only of a wall. You would want to avoid that if you want natural light. I was fortunate to be able to move rooms after check-in. There is no gym in the hotel itself. These facilities are in another building requiring a short walk. There is not much around the hotel itself and the restaurant options are very limited, especially at night, except for the hotel restaurant itself. Wifi is based on an access code -- when it was working, it worked well, but often disconnected requiring a re-connect in order to activate again.

Excellent staff, a prime location, strong security, and a wonderful breakfast.
