Lovely location on a beautiful island. Friendly and helpful staff and nice restaurant.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Pretty hotel. Superb location. Reception staff were very helpful and were very kind to transport and store our luggage. Rooms were spotless and ours had a little outside area, drinking water provided each day and nice shampoo, hand cream etc. Pool and bar staff were very helpful and kept everything sparkling.

Cons:

Some gently background music would have been nicer in the hotel lobby and at the pool.
The playlist was too loud for the beautiful and otherwise relaxing pool area.

The inside sauna area should be included in the hotel rate. It is fine to pay for extras like spa treatments, etc. but I usually find that sauna/steam rooms are included. It looked like a lovely area. The staff were all lovely.

A cool oasis in the heart of the action
Pros:

Super convenient location but cool and calm inside with a lovely pool. The most fabulous staff. They cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast with incredible choice of dishes. I defy you not to love this place.

Pros:

nice and cozy hotel just few steps from the Caldera, but at same time away from the crowds. Nice and attentive service, excellent SPA and services (we did not try their restaurant). We used it on our way to Folegandros and back and will 100% return next time we'll visit an island in the Cyclades.

Cons:

the breakfast was good but assortment could be improved and made more "continental", eg. by adding non-greek yogurth and pastries
