An exceptional hotel of great comfort and luxury
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, taking cases, offering a drink and helping plan our trip. We were also given a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise! The reception staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The hotel is really lovely and so comfortable. The only slight negative was the short walk into Fira, is along a busy road and the music around the pool was a little too loud for us.

Overall, a very pleasant and welcoming stay!
Pros:

A lovely little hotel with a charming boutique feel. What really made our stay special was the staff — everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always smiling. A special thanks to Ms. Amal for her wonderful welcome, kindness, positive energy, and the way she managed everything so smoothly. Also, a big thank you to Sayed, who went out of his way to make us happy and always tried to offer us the best with such a kind attitude.

The hotel is small and the facilities are quite limited, even the lobby is very simple, but that honestly didn’t matter to us compared to the cleanliness and the wonderful hospitality we received. The entrance is easy with no stairs, which is very convenient for families with children.

The location is also great and close to town — you can easily walk back to the hotel.

A quiet space on the busy island with exceptional hospitality, just moments from the heart of Fira
Pros:

Astro Palace is perfectly located just outside the centre of Fira, offering a peaceful retreat while still being only a short walk from the town. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and spacious rooms, making it ideal for families and travellers of all ages. The highlight was the exceptional reception team, particularly Katerina, whose warmth, kindness and genuine Greek philotimo made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Cons:

Nothing—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Very convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent staff and convenient location. I loved the facilities and the amazing view from our room. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean.

Cons:

I was missing a couple of things you would usually expect at a 5-star hotel, like the option for firmer pillows in the room, some parts of the facilities are already showing signs of wear, and there's sometimes noise from other rooms.

Our stay was truly memorable, and we will definitely be visiting again.
Pros:

The staff—especially Cleopatra, Hope, Sayed, and the rest of the team—were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with genuine smiles at all times and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted us with every aspect of our visit, including arranging car rentals, making restaurant reservations, and helping with many other requests. Their warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality truly made us feel at home. They were a big part of what made our stay so memorable.

מלון מומלץ בחום! ממוקם במרחק של כחמש דקות הליכה בלבד ממרכז העיר ומאזורי הבילוי, במיקום מצוין ונוח. המלון נקי, מסודר ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, אך מה שבאמת מייחד אותו הוא הצוות המדהים.
כבר מרגע ההגעה ועד העזיבה זכינו ליחס אישי, חם ואכפתי. אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים וזמינים לכל בקשה, העניקו הסברים והמלצות על אזורי בילוי ואטרקציות, וסייעו לנו בכל דבר שנזקקנו לו – החל מהזמנת כרטיסים למעבורות ועד לתיאום השכרת רכב ובאגי.
התחושה לאורך כל השהות הייתה שמתייחסים אל האורחים כמו אל בני משפחה. השירות יוצא מן הכלל, האכפתיות מורגשת בכל פרט, ואין ספק שנשמח לחזור ולהתארח במלון שוב. מומלץ מכל הלב!
