Beautiful place with the most amazing view, the staff was so kind and helpful, the restorant is a must try food experience of the authentic albanian food with local organic products, the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back to this place in our next trip to this area.

Personeel is super vriendelijk, het ontbijt was goed en de locatie was heerlijk rustig.

Cons:

De sauna is tijdens ons bezoek vaker uitgevallen. Onze laatste avond konden we er nog even gebruik van maken.

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, auch die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ist das Personal nicht sonderlich gut geschult. Die meisten studentschen Service-Mitarbeiter haben schlichtweg keinen Plan, mit einzelnen Ausnahmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist angemessen. Leider bedienen sich auch die reichlich vorhandenen Fliegen, was aber nicht zu stören scheint. Ein paar Plexiglas-Hauben könnten helfen. Unser Zimmer wurde während unserem 3 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Bei der freistehenden Badewanne war der Ablauf defekt und dahinter alles dreckig. Schade, dass nicht mehr aus dem Haus gemacht wird!
