Pros:

We have been stayed in penthouse. The flat is very spacious, well equipped (fridge, two balconies,stove, microwave, kettle...) and comfortable. Close to all parking places leads to Budva promenade. Supermarket just in corner.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast is limited but we suceeded select to eat. Don't expect large variability.

Broken AC left unfixed, false promises, rude staff, and zero respect for guests.

Nothing regarding customer care or service.

Cons:

Terrible experience and a complete lack of basic customer support. The air conditioner in our room was broken upon arrival. We reported this immediately, as my partner was unwell with a fever and desperately needed cool air.

The owner refused to move us to another room, claiming the hotel was full, and said a technician wouldn't arrive until morning. He promised to bring a fan instead, but NEVER did, leaving us to suffer in the heat all night.

At check-out, when we requested compensation for the unprovided essential amenity and a ruined night, the staff bluntly refused, dismissing us with "don't worry, it's a family business" and rudely telling us to complain to Booking. Absolutely unprofessional management with total disregard for guests' health and comfort.

We wouldn’t go back - not allowed to use pool on last day as check is very early at 10.30 . We wanted to stay around poo

The property was very clean and our room was nice

Cons:

We felt watched all the time. - staff are too attentive. I sat my sun bed up and the man ran over from somewhere to make sure I’d done it correctly - same at breakfast you are very watched.

Hotel bardzo czysty i zadbany, jedzenie smaczne i różnorodne, a personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem były godziny otwarcia basenu – był czynny tylko do godziny 20:00, co moim zdaniem jest trochę za krótko.

jedliśmy 10 śniadań i naprawdę są ok, tylko, żeby Pan z obsługi nie stał tak ciągle za plecami i nie sprawdzał kto, co bierze i nie stresował to by było ok. Aha nie zwraca się uwagi gościom, że biorą ręką chleb, który od razu ląduje na ich własnym talerzu. Pewne produkty źle się nabierało ich sztućcami, ciągle się bałem, że mi coś wypadnie przez to ciągłe patrzenie na ręce. Ja rozumiem, że coś trzeba uzupełnić donieść, dolać ale można to robić bez inwigilacji. Podobało mi się, że parking był w podziemiu.

Cons:

pokoje mogły być bardziej sprzątane w końcu to 250 euro za noc, np przetrzeć na mokro albo odkurzyć, a nie tylko pozamiatać.

Pros:

The location was central with an amazing view from the balcony.

Cons:

The breakfast was too streamlined, thus not a lot of options. Also, we found that the cleaning ladies did not sweep / properly sweep the room.
