Хорошее соотношение цены и условий проживания.
Расположен минут в 10 от станции метро.
Часть номеров расположены на -1 этаже, что в нынешних реалиях очень даже хорошо.

У разі потреби радо приїхала б ще раз

Ввічливий персонал, чиста постіль та зручне ліжко, загалом тихо і затишно, цокольний поверх - зручно під час тривог

Cons:

Деяких речей бракувало в номері, скажімо - капців, шампуня тощо, було б добре трохи освіжити ремонт. Але співвідношення ціна-якість більш ніж ок.
