it was like something which is not managed very well. No proper check in and check out process
Pros:

There was very limited options for breakfast and property was not ready for check in. Also property charges applicable taxes however did not share proper invoice with me. I will need proper invoice with all applicable charges.

Cons:

Attitute and arrangement

Good stay with good quality.
Pros:

It was a good experience. A calm full place which is a little bit away from ooty town. So we could be in a peace full place.
