Everything perfect!!
Probably the best hotel / airbnb we've ever been to.
Way above our expectations from what we saw online.
Restaurant is delicious with an amazing view.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautiful with a stunning private pool and view (see epic sunrise photo attached).
The staff are super friendly, professional and caring.
Special thanks to Joy who went over the top to prepare sandwhiches and ice coffee for us at 5.30AM before our boat tour (before breakfast usually starts) & to Maxin for the great chat and drive to the ferry.
Nice gym too for some productive workouts before starting the day.

This place was amazing, the staff in particular were so friendly and provided exceptional service. An added bonus was the amount of animals around the place that you could see were very well cared for. The room with private pool was amazing and really just added to the experience.
Was slightly out of town which could be annoying, but there are plenty of services available so you can see all the sites through the hotel. We hired a bike and they gave us plenty of additional recommendations.

The air conditioning in the restaurant needs to be upgraded. It was so hot during our visit.
Loved everything about our 4 night stay - our room - the staff - the spa - 11/10! We couldn’t fault our time. While the place is gorgeous the staff make it even better they are a credit to you 👏👏
No other restaurant options nearby unless you take a taxi - the restaurant onsite however is great

My stay at Epic Suites Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP. I was even picked up in a luxury black vehicle, which made the experience feel first-class from the very beginning.
When I arrived at the resort, complimentary drinks were waiting for me while the staff warmly welcomed me. They took care of my luggage, escorted me to the restaurant for lunch, and made me feel completely at home. The staff also took the time to recommend local attractions and activities, which helped me make the most of my visit.
The room was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort was well-maintained, peaceful, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding service.
It's rare to find a place where every detail is handled so well. The exceptional hospitality and personalized service made this one of the best resort experiences I've ever had. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Epic Suites Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway.

my wife is allergic to cats, and we didn’t realize they took in all the stray cats from the area, and there was so many cats around on our balcony running into our room when we open the door it was pretty off putting we had to had to leave and find other accommodation.
