Der Aufenthalt hat eigentlich ganz schön angefangen, hat dann aber stark nachgelassen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, und die gesamte Unterkunft gemütlich.

Cons:

Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Poolblick, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Baustelle.

Ausstattung, die in der Beschreibung angegeben war, fehlte: keine Minibar, kein Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Auch Toilettenpapier, der Toilettenpapierhalter und ein Handtuch zum Händeabtrocknen fehlten.

Während des Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt und die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt.

Die Wasserhähne an beiden Waschbecken waren stark verkalkt. Einer war schon beim Check-in kaputt, der zweite ist am letzten Abend beim normalen Aufdrehen abgebrochen. Das Hotel behauptet, das Zimmer sei bei unserer Ankunft in gutem und intaktem Zustand gewesen. Der kaputte Wasserhahn und die Verkalkung sind aber auf unseren Fotos und Videos deutlich zu sehen. Wir haben den Schaden am selben Abend und am nächsten Tag mehrfach gemeldet, repariert wurde nichts. Bis zur Abreise hatten wir an keinem Waschbecken im Zimmer fließendes Wasser. Statt einer Lösung wurden wir aufgefordert, die Reparatur selbst zu bezahlen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war wegen der Sprachbarriere schwierig. Anliegen wurden oft nicht verstanden, so wurde uns auf die Meldung des kaputten Wasserhahns hin nur Bodylotion gebracht.

Obwohl Frühstück inklusive war, sollten wir am Ende noch den Kaffee bezahlen.

Я забронювала цей готель на одну ніч майже за 40 доларів через букінг. Заселення мало бути о 13:00, але я приїхала о 13:40 приблизно. Мені сказали,що номер не готовий ??? і треба зачекати,поки приберуть. У мене не було часу,оскільки я дуже поспішала на зустріч, тому я хотіла залишити речі і поїхати. Коли молодий чоловік провів мене в кімнату - я була просто в шоці. Вся кімната була у воді, всі меблі були в одному місці посередині кімнати, смерділо, наче після ремонту... Я сказала,що не буду тут жити і запитала інший номер. Ми піднялися поверхом вище, але ключів не виявилося і хлопець так само сказав,що треба буде зачекати на прибирання... Я встигла безкоштовно відмінити свою бронь,чому я дуже рада... Зверніть увагу,що відгуки в Google всі від місцевих жителів, дуже мало від іноземців та людей,котрі багато подорожують і залишають після відгуки-це вас і повинно насторожити... Жахливий досвід

المكان جميل قريب جدا من الممشى تقريبا خمس دقايق مشي من مركز الممشى.. منحب نشكر محمد شكر جدا كبير وخاص ساعدنا بكل اشي شخص لطيف وامين جدا جدا جدا
كانت عنا مشكلة بالغرفة الي استلمناها بس فورا بعد ما توجهنا لاله حل المشكلة ووينتا كنا بحاجته كان دايما موجود ❤️

Cons:

The place was very filthy and poorly maintained. All of it was just too dirty. This goes for our room, as well for common, external areas. The overall structure looked poorly maintained, as if the hotel has been closed for a long time or has been abandoned.
In our room, mattresses and pillows were all stained, the shower had broken tiles, both sinks were dirty, one was broken, the sink in the toilet.. not sure what happened there.
To us it felt like a scam, especially when we compare it with the photos displayed on Booking.com, which were clearly taken months or maybe years ago.
Reception staff was basically absent, if not for a very young guy who didn't speak English at all. It was impossible to communicate with him and ask for proper help. No other staff was available in the structure.
We slept there only one night, then we left to another place.

The stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. The entire place looked messy and poorly maintained. The swimming pool also seemed neglected and not properly taken care of. There was no soap or even toilet paper provided in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel looked as if it had been closed for a long time and not prepared for guests. Unfortunately, it did not feel like a functioning hotel and we would not recommend staying here.

Low Standard für High Budget

Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln; Lage 5min zur Stadt

Cons:

Das Hotel wäre super, wenn das Personal etwas anderes tun würde als ins Handy schauen und Zusammenkünfte am Pool. (Hostel Stimmung anstatt professioneller Einstellung)
Es findet keine Zimmerreinigung statt (wir mussten selbst vom Vorgänger reinigen), mehrmaliges Nachfragen selbst für Toilettenpapier; Reparaturen in den Zimmern finden nicht statt (flackernde Lampen, kaputte Schränke etc.) Airport Taxi doppelter bis dreifacher Preis (100 USD anstatt 35 USD); Nächtliche Party´s von Nicht-Hotelgästen werden veranstaltet um zusätzliche Einnahmen zu generieren

Falscher Preis bei Booking (wir haben jeden Tag Feiertagstarif bezahlt x 12 Nächte!)
