Entire staff was very polite
They can be more precise in telling the exact distance to the nearest tourist location
The hotel was very comfortable with friendly staff. The food was good as well. They accommodated tea and breakfast for us and even kept the food for us when we got late.
The location in the maps show that it is close to all prime locations but it is almost 1km from the main road, and there are no autos to go to the main road also.
The price was bit high for all the services that were provided at the hotel.
The treatments were very good and the staff exceptionally nice and helpful. A family style hotel - not a resort style.
Nice location and clean and tidy hotel. Good amenities. Pool and yoga. Good massage options.
Food was ok. Could be better
Clean rooms
Ventilation issue. For Drivers, there should be some dormitory arrangements.
We really like the roof top swimming pool...food is good...they have free yoga class in morning plus good ayurveda treatments very authentic.

The food and the yoga session!
My stay was relaxing and efficient. It’s a good hotel for business travelers with excellent facilities and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.
The location was useful for our Rishikesh plans, and the staff were polite in normal interactions. The price was not extremely high, so my criticism is mainly about the mismatch between what was advertised and what we actually received.
I chose this property partly because of the very high Booking.com rating and the photos showing bright rooms with large windows, mountain views, and plenty of natural light. Our group booked four rooms, and all four had virtually no natural light: the windows faced a very narrow, dark service shaft/back side of the building, with the opposite wall so close that the windows could only be opened around 20–30 cm. The rooms felt enclosed and unpleasant, completely different from the impression created by the photos.
The room condition was also disappointing: the bathroom and fittings looked worn, the door hardware was poorly maintained, and overall the room did not feel close to “luxury.” Another uncomfortable point was checkout: staff were polite but very insistent that we rate the hotel immediately, stood beside us while we had our phones out, and even offered to take one phone to “help” with the review. It was not aggressive, but it made it hard to feel that guests could rate freely and honestly.
The beds! I was absolutely in love. Almost dangerous to book, because you would spent most your time in there haha
Breakfast wasn’t as much my cup of tea, but it was more India inspired so maybe we were just to European for it :)
Wasn’t bad, just wasn’t our thing.
Nothing
Nothing clean , tasteless breakfast , smell
