Pros:

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhiges Innenklima. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr gute Bedienung im Restaurant.
Auf individuelle Wünsche wird sehr freundlich eingegangen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
Achtung : Angrenzendes Parkhaus mit Maximalhöhe 1,90 m.
Aber das Hotelpersonal findet einen möglichen Parkplatz für Kleinbusse ( um das Gebäude).

Gutes City Hotel im Zentrum von Suhl
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das Zimmer war überraschend geräumig. Der Frühstücksraum in der 16. Etage hat bietet eine tolle Sicht auf die Stadt und den Thüringer Wald. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut - die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß, war aber für mich genau das richtige.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr effizient und freundlich.

Cons:

2 Anmerkungen, der Sessel im Zimmer war schon nicht mehr schön und sollte entsorgt werden, da die Kunstlederoberfläche schon sehr lädiert war. Und leider gab es keine Minibar - abwohl in der Buchung bestätigt

Freundliches Personal, absolute Top-Lage, gutes Frühstück und tolles Restaurant in der obersten Etage mit super Aussicht.
Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit gratis Getränken für die Gäste auf der Etage.
