Pour le restaurant, comme déjà proposé l'année dernière, trois plats à choix, changer les sauces qui accompagnent les pâtes. Elles sont malheureusement peu adéquates le soir précédent une compétition, lasagnes délicieuses mais poivrons, oignons, huile pas très compatible avec un repas près course, même si c'était très bon!
Obwohl Zimmer auf die Hauptstrasse, war die Nacht sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett. Auch im Bad alles, was man braucht. Parkplatz in der privaten Tiefgarage.

It's a 3-star hotel. Had not many expectations. Weak Wi Fi, very small TV, Shower OK, comfortable bed. There is no platform at the entrance, and you have to carry your luggage up a short staircase.

The hotel was excellent. Nice rooms, overall clean, within a walking distance from the train station and lake. Breakfast was also good, and coffee was great! Customer service nice and friendly.

The hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast area is beautiful.
The breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the food is of good quality. The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful.
While the hotel has many positive aspects, there are a few points that could be improved. The CHF 15 per day charge for an unattended outdoor parking space is rather expensive. The room was clean overall, although the floor was not perfectly cleaned. In addition, the noise level was quite high, making it difficult to sleep with the window open.

I stayed one night last week after arriving in Zug on one of the hottest days of the year to find my 'aparthotel' had no aircon and was like a sardine tin. Just along the street I found the Hotel Zugertor and was fortunate they had one room available so I took it. The people were welcoming and friendly, and the room was plain but perfect with all I needed. I regularly travel to Zug and will definitely visit and stay at this hotel in future because although all hotels in Zug are expensive, this feels much better value than other hotels. Restaurant is on site.
