Face à la mer, pouvoir se reposer et se rafraîchir (air) au calme et au milieu de tout
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner succulent, avec des fruits frais et la choix au travers de 5 set. La piscine face à la mer et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La literie un peu trop ferme, mais ils ont essayé d’y remédier

Pros:

Posizione con una bella vista sul mare, anche se non in uno dei punti più belli. Vicinissima al mercato dei granchi. I bungalow molto grandi e confortevoli e ben arredati. Piscina abbastanza grande e ben allestita. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Manutenzione generale un po' scarsa. Arredamento delle camere da rinfrescare e ammodernare. Purtroppo si sente parecchio odore di pesce vista la vicinanza al mercato/porto dei pescatori.

It’d be much better without the noise.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great location, and the facilities and the pool were all great.

Cons:

7 stars given because of the renovation noise, 8am on Sunday was a bit too early to start banging and drilling.

Great resort in kep for getaway from the busy city
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Sabbay Kep Boutique Resort during a family vacation with my wife and our toddler. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Location-wise, the resort is very close to the beach and Phsar Kdam, which made our trip incredibly convenient.

Cons:

We experienced a slight disappointment regarding our special request to push the twin beds together so we could share with our boy; because the request wasn't set up prior to our arrival, it wasn't able to be fulfilled. Additionally, the food was a bit disappointing for the price point. The chicken nuggets for our son were soaked in oil, and my bolognese was a little too salty and didn't pair well with the penne. While I have never tried beef tartare myself, my wife ordered it and mentioned it wasn't prepared the right way. She felt it shouldn't taste the way it did and had to ask for Tabasco to balance out the flavor.

Очаровательный отель среди тропической зелени
Pros:

Очень уютный отель с красивой зелёной территорией. Высокие деревья, цветы, кусты создают приятную тень даже в жаркий день. Бассейн гармонично вписан в сад и выглядит очень атмосферно. Территория просторная и ухоженная. Удачное расположение, рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Мы жили в номере 1: он большой, уютный, с двумя террасами, где приятно отдыхать утром и вечером. Мы бы вернулись сюда ещё.

Cons:

К сожалению, есть несколько существенных недостатков. Матрас сильно продавлен с обеих сторон, поэтому спать было неудобно. Бесплатную воду предоставляют только в первый день проживания. Вода из крана имеет неприятный запах. В душе слив работает очень медленно, из-за чего вода постоянно скапливается на полу. Интернет работает плохо и часто теряет скорость. Также удивила цена воды в мини-баре-2,5 доллара за бутылку.

Location ! Wonderful bungalow with fantastic facilities ! Friendly and caring staff ! Great swimming pool ! Nice breakfasts and my fruit salads with a coconut water by the pool for lunch ! Wonderful, professional manager who helped me with travel issues ! It was like living in paradise ! I will return !

Pros:

La chambre était extrêmement chaleureuse, avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le jardin, ou sur une terrasse. Lumineux et beaucoup de végétation visible. On avait la chance d'être en bout de terrain, donc pas de vis-à-vis sur les autres chambres (qui sont de petites maisonnettes individuelles). Pas de vis-à-vis avec l'extérieur non plus ! La salle de bain est remarquable, avec une ambiance très zen et cozy. Proche de la plage également et accès à un restaurant. Accès à une chouette piscine également (non testée car hors saison, peu profonde à priori mais entourée de végétation). Un endroit parfait pour se relaxer.

Cons:

La nourriture du restaurant, notamment le petit-déjeuner, s'est avérée décevante et relativement chère.

Очень хороший отель в соотношении цены и качества. Номера просторные, была ежедневная уборка. Доброжелательный персонал, всегда старались ответить на вопросы и помочь. Очень понравился бассейн (чистая вода и не сильно пахло хлоркой), плескались до самого позднего вечера. Готовили очень вкусно (но дороговато). Отелю желаем процветания и расширения.

Cons:

Вода из крана в номере имела тухлый запах, умываться было не очень приятно. Жёсткий матрас.

Nice stay, as an experienced booker, I would recommend.
Pros:

Nice large bungalow. Staff were very nice throughout. Quiet area. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Metal frame on bungalow needs attention. Breakfast staff couldn't speak English. Limited breakfast options. Tv outdated, needs updating to a modern app tv

Perfect boutique hotel, quiet but close to main attractions
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. Great staff, great location close to the sea and to the crab market. We had diner on their rooftop lounge and were not disappointed. Private bungalows very nicely appointed, small terrace and a beautiful tropical garden. We can strongly recommend.

Cons:

That we could only stay one night there...
