Piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

Bella struttura. La parte rinnovata (dove avevamo la camera) molto carina. Camera molto spaziosa con portafinestra che dava su una bella terrazza da cui si vedeva il paese, la chiesa ed i monti vicini. Il bagno fotonico: moderno e con ampi spazi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Cena ottima ed a prezzo buono. Possibilità di parcheggio moto.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten beim Bezug des Zimmers doch noch eine gute Nacht gehabt.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar,bis spät geöffnet, sehr gut!

Cons:

Sehr chaotische Reception. Unser Zimmer war trotz Buchung vor Monaten und erneuter Bestätigung am selben Abend plötzlich anders vergeben. Die Reception hat nicht bemerkt, dass bereits ein anderer Gast im Zimmer war. Wir haben dann noch längeren Versuchen, die Türe am ursprünglichen Raum zu öffnen (!), ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Um 11 Uhr abends, wenn man nur noch Duschen und Schlafen will ein mühsames und unangenehmes Erlebnis. Immerhin gab's noch Bier im Restaurant.

J'ai été berné par la patrone qui ne m'a pas dit lors du contact tél que le rest était fermé !
Pros:

La qualité de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Sauf la clim qu'il faut réactiver toute les deux heures et le frigo de la chambre VIDE sans une bouteille d'eau. Il faisait 40°

Cons:

J'ai réservé une RESTAURANT Hôtel, sauf que ce jour là le chef n'étant pas là on n'a pas bénéficié de la carte mais d'un plat de cannelloni réchauffé !

Gutes Hotel für Leute mit Zeit, aber unpassend für Durchreisende mit straffem Programm
Pros:

- Kleines, aber sehr sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer
- Bad/WC saniert, hell und geräumig -> Standard von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel
- Guter Preis

Cons:

- Mit Frühstück gebucht, nur um gehört zu kriegen, dass 7:30 Uhr zu früh sei und es kein Frühstück gäbe. Ist in Italien tatsächlich früh, aber andere Hotels schaffen es auch, den Gästen das bezahlte Frühstück tatsächlich anzubieten.
- Wir hatten den Eindruck, die Gastgeberin zu stören. Sie spricht auch kaum Englisch, was komisch anmutet, wenn man ein Hotel mit Gästen aus aller Welt führt.
- In meinem Zimmer gab es abends kein heisses Wasser mehr. Dusche auf den Morgen verschoben: da war es maximal lauwarm.

Super Lage, sehr familiär.

Cons:

Hatten beim letzten Aufenthalt ein modernes, wunderschönes Zimmer. Leider hatten wir dieses Jahr ein sehr altes Zimmer - die Badtüre liess sich kaum schliessen, die Dusche tropfte im 10-Sekunden Takt und es gab kaum Steckdosen.

Hôtel très bien et restaurant excellent
Pros:

Le personnel ultra gentil, la chambre très belle, propre, très bien équipé. Nous avons adoré manger dans le restaurant, c’était excellent. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous passons par là.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif était le lit pour mon enfant qui était un canapé non convertible mais qui peut s’allonger. Il n’était pas adapté pour passer la nuit dessus. Un vrai 3e lit aurait été préférable… mais pour une seule nuit, ça a fait l’affaire.
