La cena meritava ma il resto pessimo

Cons:

Non ci tornerei. Il personale insistente. Pulizia discreta, in bagno c’era sempre odore di pipì . Per questo riguarda il buffet della cena: scadente, solamente insalata patate con la maionese e verdura mista. La colazione era più improntata sul salato, dolci quasi inesistenti (una sola tornata e ogni tanto qualche brioches (piccola nota positiva per le marmellate). La cosa che più mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta (se così si può dire) è aver scoperto solo il giorno dopo la prima cena (con uno scontrino sul tavolo) che l’acqua era fuori dalla mezza pensione (in 4 anni di vacanze tra Trentino e Austria prima volta che ci capita di dover pagare extra, per ogni singola cena, una bottiglia di acqua 5 euro!) una sera abbiamo chiesto l’acqua in caraffa (costo 1€) le cameriere ci hanno portato la solita bottiglia da 5 € dicendoci: “Lo so cosa avete chiesto ma non ho potuto”……Spa non degna di un 4 stelle, nemmeno il frigo bar nella stanza, una sauna niente più. Il personale parla solamente tedesco / inglese . Il cameriere ha dato l’impressione di essere insistente nel farci consumare qualcosa dopo la cena.
Ci siamo basati molto sulle recensioni per la scelta dell’hotel ma sinceramente siamo rimasti molto delusi, partendo dalle recensioni per un buffet “ eccellente” per una spa “eccellente” posso dire che di 4 stelle non ha proprio nulla.

Relax ad alta quota!
Pros:

L'hotel si trovava in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda rispetto a molte escursioni. Tutto era molto pulito e curato. I piatti della cena erano molto curati nella varietà delle proposte e nell'estetica dei piatti. C'era sempre una o più opzioni vegetariane. I dolci sono strepitosi!

Cons:

La zona spa presentava semplicemente una sauna e un bagno turco. Tornando nel primo pomeriggio, dalle escursioni, se ci fosse stato un idromassaggio o qualche servizio in più l'avremmo sicuramente sfruttato.
