Pros:

Wir waren von 21-21.07 zwar mit Hund nur eine Nacht hier, aber sowas von restlos Begeistert. Wir waren auf der Rückreise von Ungarn und daher nur als Zwischenstopp hier. Das Zimmer absolut top. Das Badezimmer absolut top. Das Personal, sowie die Chefin und der Chef sagenhaft. Alleine beim Einchecken war in Bruchteilen das Eis gebrochen. Wir wurden mit soviel Humor empfangen, das findet man sehr selten. Auch an den Hund wurde gedacht. Wir bekamen Zimmer 212 extra vom Aufzug weg damit der Hund schlafen kann. 😀
Das Restaurant spitzenmäßig und auch das Frühstück war top. Nöchstes Jahr werden wir unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen. Das haben wir versprochen. Dem ganzen Team weiterhin viel Erfolg und bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer in sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit möbliertem Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Erlau ist nur rund 11km von Passau entfernt aber sehr ruhige und beschauliche Lage.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett. Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt, so als wäre man schon immer da gewesen. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir anschauen dürfen, hatte leider im Sommer nicht offen. Wir werden sicher in einer kälteren Zeit nochmal kommen und ihn nutzen. Das Essen war hervorragend, sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Donau und der Erlau. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das was ein bisschen verbessert werden könnte ist das man vegetarisch mehr machen könnte. Sonst war alles gut.
