Epic stay - highly recommended

Spotless clean, glorious views, food was amazing n we loved Laura - amazing girl who made us feel very welcome. The whole family were amazing who run it. Highly recommend it

Dass wir bei der Ankunft ziemlich harsch belehrt wurden über den Aufpreis der Küchenbenutzung.
Wir hatten es versäumt, das Kleingedruckte zu lesen.

Schönes Zimmer, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Schönes Zimmer; lauschiger Balkon; feines Frühstück

Cons:

Ökologie in Ehren! Aber Ökologie als Argument missbrauchen, um Zimmer bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt nicht zu reinigen, bzw. nur gegen einen Aufpreis, ist alles andere als gästefreundlich. Nicht einmal die Papierkörbe wurden geleert, und um frische Bad- und Handtücher musste man bei der Hoteldirektion betteln gehen. Dies nota bene bei recht happigen Zimmerpreisen!

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Hotel ligt rustig moet de service fijn tunen en er moet afwisseling in avondmenu.
Pros:

De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen naar b.v. de Aletschgletsjer

Cons:

Het ontbijt is niet uitgebreid. Wij aten 2 avonden het diner in het hotel en 2x was het menu hetzelfde. Een karaf kraanwater kost CHF 9,-.Als je kamerservice wilt ( schone handdoeken, schoonmaken, dan moet je er extra voor betalen👎

Authentisches Bio-Hotel mit Wohlfühl-Garantie
Pros:

Wundervolles Bio-Hotel mit allem was man sich wünscht. Reines Klima drinnen wie draussen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück hochschwingend mit den wunderbaren biologischen Produkten. Sehr nette authentische Menschen.

Pros:

Even if you don't end up staying there, you should visit them for a lunch or diner. Food was really nice - they have short, multi-course menu that is different every day. Staff was very nice and attentive.
As for the hotel - it was very peaceful - no slamming doors and cleaning at 8 in the morning, no traffic noise. Room was big with nice wooden furniture. There is still some slight smell of wood in the air. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Blackout blinds on every window would be nice. Currently there was only one, on the east facing window.
