Früstück perfekt

Cons:

Schlafzimmer Katastrophe, Wandschränke können nur halb geöffnet werde, Türen stehen am Bett an. Das linke Bett ist nur Seitwärts erreichbar, ca 10 cm Platz an der unteren Ecke zwischen Wand und Bett.
Dass bei einem Zimmerpreis von Fr. 280,- die tägliche Besorgung von Bett machen, Lavabo reinige, Abfallkübel leeren, separat bestellt und bezahlt werden muss, bei Benützung der Küche Fr. 25,- pro Tag Reinigungsgebühr und das nur in den kleigeschriebenen AGB s vermerkt und nicht beim Zimmerpreis ist eine Frechheit.
Bei der Reklamation wurden wir hingestellt als hätten wir das Personal (wenig bis kein Deutsch) zusammengestaucht dass diese den ganzen Abend bei der Chefin geheult habe.
Auf Anfrage beim Walliser Hotelierverband teilte man uns mit, das Hotel ist nicht Mitglied, das sei eine unübliche Praxis ihre Mitglieder informierten offen und transparent

Disappointment. We did not even stay the night.
Cons:

The entrance of the hotel is not easy to find. No signs from the parking. You enter in the basement and have to guess where the reception is. At the arrival we were told that there are no internet in the rooms “on purpose”. That was not spelled out when we made the booking via booking.com. To find this information you have to go through the hotel’s webpage very carefully. Everything in the room is made out of wood which gives it a strong characteristic smell. We left the hotel without staying and wrote our complaints two times to the management without getting a response. We were fully charged via our credit card account.

Pros:

Der Balkon ist mit schattenspendenden Reben überwachsen. Ebenso die lauschige Restaurantterrasse.
Rundherum wachsen einheimische Sräucher wie Hagebutten, Schlehen.
Als Gast fühlte man sich sehr willkommen.

A very comfortable stay in a very attractive mountain village.

Our junior suite was very large and quiet, with two balconies. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

Als einziges Hotel im Musikdorf ist Berglandhotel "einzigartig".
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Bett und Bettzeug (bunt, ungebügelt) entsprachen eher einem Dorfgasthof als einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse. Nähe zum Veranstaltungsort (Kirche) perfekt.

Spotless clean, glorious views, food was amazing n we loved Laura - amazing girl who made us feel very welcome. The whole family were amazing who run it. Highly recommend it

Schönes Zimmer, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Schönes Zimmer; lauschiger Balkon; feines Frühstück

Cons:

Ökologie in Ehren! Aber Ökologie als Argument missbrauchen, um Zimmer bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt nicht zu reinigen, bzw. nur gegen einen Aufpreis, ist alles andere als gästefreundlich. Nicht einmal die Papierkörbe wurden geleert, und um frische Bad- und Handtücher musste man bei der Hoteldirektion betteln gehen. Dies nota bene bei recht happigen Zimmerpreisen!
