Absolutely amazing hotel for the price
Pros:

For the price it was amazing could not fault it, clean, parking, so close to Sandown Park Race Course.

Pros:

It's a great location, we were working locally, the room was very clean. No amenities on site but that wasn't a problem for us as we had dinner delivered.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have breakfast available. It would have been great to have access to the dinning room for our delivered dinner even though it seems it's no longer in use. The room lighting is very bright, a dimmer would be nice. These points wouldn't prevent us from booking again, it's a good, simple clean place in a great location.

Great for race course
Pros:

Perfect location for the Race course couldn’t be any closer

Cons:

Room was dated and basic - no fridge or air conditioning.
There was a bug on the bed hotel haven’t responded to my query on Saturday if it was a bed bug or not

Good value
Pros:

Check worked very well - received a code in the morning to be used when I arrived at the hotel, to access key box.

Cons:

Basic but functional facilities. Could have improved the decor - dark blue wall with no art or other colour felt a bit bleak.
