Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind soweit freundlich. Das Doppelbett ist bequem, allerdings sehr hart (ich persönlich mag das). Ausreichend Steckdosen, große Dusche

Cons:

Ein Handtuch war schmutzig. Kann passieren, sollte es aber nicht. Genervt war ich von der Reaktion des Personals auf meine Reklamation. Ich bekam zwar ein neues Handtuch aber keine Entschuldigung, kein Schuldbewusstsein. Mehrmals die Anmerkung: "Sie haben ja noch ein weiteres Handtuch". Ich musste dann mehrmals erklären, dass es einfach unappetitlich sei, wenn man aus der Dusche steigt und ein schmutziges Handtuch in der Hand hält - unabhängig davon, ob noch ein weiteres zur Verfügung steht.

PS: Das asiatische Restaurant kann ich nicht empfehlen. Mir hat es nicht geschmeckt. Die Anmerkung der Kellnerin, dass man abends auch besser nicht so viel essem solle, maxhte es irgendwie auch nicht besser. Das chinesische Bier war aber süffig.

Hotel recomendable
Pros:

Habitación espaciosa. Internet funcionaba bien. La propietaria del hotel super amable y el desayuno estaba muy bueno y super generoso. Un hotel recomendable.

Cons:

Algo retirado del centro de la ciudad, lo que tienes que preveer al menos unos 45 min en transporte público porque no hay una línea directa hasta el centro de Luxemburgo. Sino, no tengo nada que reprochar al hotel.

A réserver les yeux fermés
Pros:

La patronne est hyper serviable et à l écoute. La chambre très propre, tout le nécessaire de toilette à disposition. Le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner à la française, gargantuesque.

Sinon je recommande l’hôtel, propre, bon emplacement, calme. Juste revoir l’accueil et le nettoyage

Cons:

L’acceuil à mon arrivée. Sur booking s’était écrit 16h30 à 22h à laquelle on peut arrivé. J’étais là à 16h30 avec la fatigue du voyage mais j’ai sonné première fois avec le numéro présent sur l’application, on a pas décroché. J’ai laissé un message pour signaler que j’étais là, on n’a pas réagis. À mon deuxième appel sa été.
Aucun sourire avec celle qui m’a accueilli
Et aussi, elle voulait me faire payer le petit déjeuner en plus pour ma fille de 3 ans , chose qui n’ai ecrit nulle part sur l’application.
Petit déjeuné au top, serveuse douce,… mais aucun sourire. Pourtant elle souriait avec d’autres personnes.
J’ai fait 3 nuits mais m’a chambre n’a pas été nettoyé même un seul jour. C’est mon avant dernier jour qu’on me demande si la dame de ménage a nettoyé ma chambre mais j’ai dit non. J’ai juste entendu même des bruits, avant de voir que s’était elle, et dire de vider ma poubelle.
