Welcoming & friendly
Excellent location
Wow. Perhaps one of our best overnight stays while travelling in England. Facilities were amazing, the food was great and the hospitality could not be faulted. Well done Clive & Denise on the presentation of your little country pub and guest rooms.

A great overnight stay in this lovely village pub. Hosts Dee and Clive made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was exceptional

Nice place in a very pretty village. Good bus connections. Pub itself had a good range of non alcoholic drinks for non drinkers. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast
Found the access to the plugs in the room was difficult all behind furniture not a problem just moved things around a bit and managed to charge my phone.

Lovely pub and the owners were very friendly and attentive, nice pub and great food.
Plastic glasses in the bedroom, which I thought for the price was a shame but otherwise I couldn’t fault anything.

Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the room was stifling hot because of the heat wave and the fan given wasn’t strong enough to cool the room down.
