Сама территория весьма не плохая, также персонал заслуживает похвалы.

Cons:

Это был ужасный опыт! Самое худшее, что может быть в отпуске, это старый матрас, после которого спина болит уже после первой ночи! Подушки, одеяло - это мрак! Это полное не уважение к гостям, заставлять их спать в таких условиях! Отдельно нужно отметить кондиционер, который не охлаждал в августе комнату, спать в этих условиях - это ад, и это во время отпуска! Завтраки также оставляли желать лучшего. Я не знаю, откуда у вас такой рейтинг на букинге, но это очевидно, что он не заслужен!

A great place to relax and enjoy
Pros:

We were looking for a place to relax at the pool during the hot summer temperatures and found the perfect place. Beautiful lush garden with rooms in bungalows spread amidst. The pool area was surrounded by palm trees, offering additonal shade to the sunshades, for those like us who prefer the shade over direct sun.
We got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a separate sitting area. Also included were a free welcome drink, a bottle of Etna wine and complimentary drinks from the minibar.

The à la carte breakfast was excellent and the food lovingly prepared. The dinner selection was perfect for hot summer evenings, lots of light menus to choose from.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, from reception to servers to cleaning staff. They were also always ready for a lovely chat. Some of them speak very good German.
On the day of the departure we were allowed to stay at the pool until mid-afternnon, as our flight was only leaving in the evening.
We wish we would have found this gem earlier and could have stayed longer.

We didn't experience any of the complaints on previous reviews: Wi-Fi worked fine, sunbeds seemed new and were comfy. The dinner menu might not satisfy everyone's needs, but things never please everyone. For us it was perfect. Personally we preferred the à la carte breakfast instead of a buffet. The breakfast hours are a little early for night owls like us. But you have a choice of getting up and enjoying it or skipping it. And yes, there is no airconditioning in the bistrot for breakfast and dinner, but if you can't deal with the heat, you might want to select a colder summer destination.

De goede service en de prachtige bediening door Dille, Pina, Salvatore en natuurlijk het meisje met de bril, de andere vriendelijke mevrouw. De kok die ervoor zorgde dat ik lekker eten kreeg, ook door mijn speciale wensen. En natuurlijk ook de poetsvrouwen die van ver wuiven om een goeiedag te zeggen en de tuinman niet te vergeten

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Einfach so…
Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, absolut sauber. Die Minibar wurde jeden Tag kostenlos wieder aufgefüllt.
Das Frühstück war heraustragend!
Und vor allem das und aufmerksame Personal.
Beim Abendessen ist jedoch noch etwas Luft nach oben. Hier eine 8 von 10.

Prachtig resort! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ze gaven ons zeer goede tips ivm bezienswaardigheden,parking, beste baan...
We kregen ook een upgrade van kamer en genoten van zeer goed ontbijt.
