War total in Ordnung für die 2 Nächte. Aber ob ich nochmal kommen würde...?
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, auch zu dem Preis (15,-EUR f. 2 Personen, obwohl ich alleine gereist bin :-)
Die Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit war trotz fehlender Rezeption sehr gut + freundlich.
Sehr sauber!
Die Lage ist perfekt: in 10 Min. zu Fuß ist man im Centrum; Bushaltestelle 5 Min. entfernt.

Cons:

Fenster konnte man nicht kippen, ging nur auf oder zu ...
Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es unglaublich laut, auch von angrenzenden Straßen - schlafen ging nur mit Ohrstöpseln.
Treppengeländer war sehr wackelig.
Das Wasser in der Dusche lief leider so schlecht ab, dass das Wasser bis ins Zimmer lief. Das sollte aber umgehend behoben werden lt. Inhaber.

Ζεστή φιλοξενία, καθαρό δωμάτιο, βολική τοποθεσία, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε. Η Ελιν είναι αρκετά ευγενική, φιλοξενη και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.

I had a tranquil stay at Edgar Guesthouse
Pros:

The room is well equipped, clean and comfortable.
The owners and/or staff (despite I never saw them) were kind to leave a little gift, chocolate box on my second day.
That's a very attentive gesture.
The instructions left in the room and suggestions of places to go in the city, were useful.

Cons:

It feels a bit desolated not having a proper reception to check-in.
But, everything went well and smooth with the instructions received to enter the building.

Pros:

The room was small, but clean and comfortable, well thought out. Excellent sheets and pillows, new towels waters and coffee pods daily. Excellent location close to the city center but still calm and quiet.

Prettige, nette kamer in het midden van het centrum.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. De kamer is netjes en schoon. Het water in de wasbak liep niet zo goed door. Er werd zeer snel gereageerd op mijn bericht. Toen we weer in de kamer kwamen was het probleem opgelost, was de kamer opgeruimd en lagen er bonbons voor ons. Zeer attent!

Cons:

Alles was prima. Licht in toilet zou iets zachter mogen.

Pros:

Zeer goede ligging en zeer netjes.
Ruime zolderkamer. De 2 andere kamers waren nogal klein maar alles is aanwezig.

Cons:

Wij waren er maar voor 1 nacht en hadden enkel een kleine rugzak bij. Reis je met koffers dan heb je geen plaats om die open te leggen.

emplacement idéal mais je n'aime pas ce concept
Pros:

la situation.

Cons:

le concept - nous n'avons vu personne. tout se passe par texto ou mail. petit déj éventuellement dans la chambre - . les autres adresses autour pour le breakfast étaient fermées. pas de plan B . pas de salle où se retrouver . je n'aime pas le concept mais pour ceux qui adhérent, c'est certainement bien.
