ausergewöhlich gut, wir waren nicht das erste mal dort & wir werden immer wieder kommen! fantastisch
Pros:

wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr nett bedient. der einsatz des personals ist ausergewöhnlich gross. wir sind selbst in diesen sektor tätig alsselbstständig erwerbende. wir sind sehr beeindruckt.

Ein modernes Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer und guten Komfort. Essen hervorragend

Zimmer konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, schade.

Restaurant hyper bruyant
Chambre au design très agréable à l’œil mais très spartiate
À 200.- par nuit, on pensait trouver un éclairage correct dans la salle de bain et peut-être même une boîte de Kleenex

très grande déception, à fuir, aucune découverte des salles de la Tour

Cons:

- le personnel (féminin) de l'accueil devrait apprendre à sourire et dire bonjour. Jamais vu ça !
- l'hôtel facture CHF 50 pour une seule nuit, au prétexte de 2 chiens, et à l'autre prétexte qu'ils sont grands (???). Combien d'heures de ménage supplémentaire pour une si petite chambre ? Honteux !
- budget décoration de la chambre : CHF 0, il n'y a rien
- PAS DE CLIMATISATION ! Un pauvre ventilateur fourni sur demande. Mauvaise nuit, : fenêtre directement sur la route, grand axe de passage commercial et touristique
- aucune information sur le paiement du parking public
