excellent stay
Pros:

Location is very calm and cozy and the room was excellent and very clean . The owner , Marco, was very freindly and he provided us a lot of info about Genoa Nervi. He was available always. We were very happy with him.

Due giorni al mare
Pros:

La posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il mare che il centro città. Per chi arriva in treno, la casa si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione.
Possibilità di lasciare gli zaini anche dopo il check out per godersi anche l'ultimo giorno di mare.
Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.
La colazione inclusa è stata molto apprezzata.

La struttura è pulita, in posizione abbastanza comoda per girare e il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile dal check-in in poi. Letto comodo e colazione ottima!

Chambre confortable mais contact physique humain innexistant

Le confort de la chambre et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'accueil, nous n'avons rencontré personne, ni le soir à l'arribée, ni le lendemain matin pour partir. L'accès au logement se fait par des informations données au téléphone en italien ou en anglais, il y a 3 digicodes à saisir, une barrière, un portail et la porte d'entrée puis une clé à récupérer pour enfin pénétrer dans la chambre.
Dans la description il est indiqué qu'il a un parking sans noter qu'il est payant (20 € la nuit)
