Fijn verblijf in mooie kamer op goede centrale lokatie.
Pros:

Modern ingerichte kamer. Prima lokatie midden in het centrum. Koffie en thee faciliteiten in de kamer. Geen geluidshinder tijdens Gentse Feesten. Koelkastje met flesjes water. Supermarktje op 1 minuut loopafstand.

Cons:

De koffie en thee werden soms niet aangevuld.

Situación perfecta y muy acogedor
Pros:

La situación del hotel es inmejorable, justo al lado del centro de la ciudad, pero en una zona tranquila.
La habitación era muy funcional y con gusto
El personal de recepción muy amable
Muy bueno encontrar en la nevera ,a partir del agua correspondiente, un par de buenas cervezas belgas

Cons:

Fue complicado encontrarlo porque no tiene un cartel al uso, solo una placa en una puerta que se ve muy poco.
La recepción es en otro hotel cercano del que depende,el hotel Flandre y eso solo lo ves al encontrar éste.
La habitación, siendo muy buena,tenía poca iluminación

De locatie is top, ook is de kamer ruim met grote ramen die geheel open kunnen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde, het aanbod was ok maar niet heel ruim.

Rustig verblijf in het centrum van Gent, met goed ontbijt.
Pros:

De locatie was prima, evenals het ontbijt. Het eten was echt warm. De kamer was proper en lag op een zeer rustige locatie.

Cons:

Het toilet op de kamer is bereikbaar via een schuifdeur en enkele verticale houten panelen, zonder dak. De geur op de kamer was niet aangenaam. De persoon aan de balie voor het inchecken sprak geen Nederlands.

Pros:

Location was great, rooms were modern and clean. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

There was a strong smell in the room. But reception said they were going to have it sorted.

Filthy appartement instead of booked 4 star room
Pros:

The location directly in the town center

Cons:

We got an “upgrade“ so that we did not get the room we booked but an appartement instead which was in bad condition.
This was definitely not rated 4 stars!
The carpet was filthy, the fridge dirty and the curtains at the window were damaged (holes). Furthermore, the door to an absolutely dirty “terrace“ could not be completely opened because it was just broken. I did not feel comfortable at all.
