The overall experience was disappointing because of loud music, bad food, dirty sea and poor service
Pros:

I liked the view from the room, the apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside pool was nice and the kids spent some time enjoying it.

Cons:

I didn't like the loud music that was on until 1 am, literally music like you were in a tavern, no program for people from other countries or for children, only music for people from Albania, I didn't like the food, the sea was dirty and smelled of oil and feces. I didn't like the spa, and I especially didn't like that there was no one to welcome us and help with the suitcases!

Pros:

Great and nice staff! Very clean and tidy. Parking was good too. Internet speed was good. There are a lot of restaurants outside. Great SPA!

Cons:

Some construction works on an outdoor pool, could be notified or noted in advance. Not critical for us but still.
A bit noisy in the evenings, might not be so convenient for families with children.

I rate the hotel and the set up of the chairs outside with five stars, but I give beach a one star.
Pros:

The floor plan was executed beautifully through out the entire hotel.
My view of the Adriatic Sea was stunning.
The staff was very friendly and nice!
I was extremely pleased with everything!
I have traveled to many hotels around the world and this was by far my favorite hotel!

Cons:

That they allow other people to rent the chairs from other areas.
I wish they would have raked the beach a little better. It looked very dirty to me and my family.
I kept seeing garbage and a baby diaper in the sea edge on the sand.
Also, there was a lady there that let her son walk around with no clothes on and let him expel his feces unto the sand and let the water carry it out to the sea.
I was extremely disgusted by this.
