Pros:

The location in the middle of Hanoi, staff was friendly, WiFi was good. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

We booked a two bedroom apartment but received a family connecting room. I ask the reception about this but they told me the room was the same. This is not the case.

Pros:

The location is amazing. Staff were so friendly and always greeted us each day. Hotel rooms were very clean with very clean bathroom also. It’s on a busy street but no noise can be heard from the rooms.

Pros:

Le personnel est gentil et nous a proposé de changer de chambre du au bruit de la rue.

Cons:

L’emplacement est dans la rue de la bierre donc si ce n’est pas votre but ça peut être bruyant.
La literie est dure pas confortable et les finitions sont approximative
