Pros:

De locatie en het personeel waren beide fantastisch. Je zit dicht op beerstreet, dus ook in de nacht is ee veel te doen.

Cons:

De fotos waren mooier dan de kamer, ik denk een beetje aangedikt met ai. Maar desondanks nog steeds prima, maar verwacht niet hetzelfde als op de foto.

Great for families
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of 4. The room we had was quite spacious and bright. It was exciting us nicely cooled with AC. The staff were very friendly and polite. The concierge Jay was very helpful and not only gave us tips for local sights and restaurants but helped us to resolve a problem when our cruise had to be rescheduled due to bad weather, he called them to arrange everything.

The Best hospitality!!
Pros:

Everything was great. All the staff was very Friendly and helped us with all we needed. I don’t remember everyone name but William and Noah were absolutely fantastic. I am so happy and grateful.
We are travelling around Vietnam and we booked again to come back to this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heel goed. Super schone kamers. Beetje gedateerd, maar prima. Ook voor verdere delen van de reis konden ze ons helpen en ondersteunen met boeken van hotels en vervoer.
Ligging is perfect voor het Old Quarter.

De kamer had weinig daglicht.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Customer service was superb. Location was good, very busy at night but neverthless still okay. Good size of room.

Cons:

Booked for room good for 4 pax but ended up being seprarated with the kids. Good thing it was the room beside. The floors, hallway and rooms need some upgrading or renovation.
