Es war ein sehr toller Service und wir haben den Tag und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch vorab die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Selbst einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen war möglich.

Execllent location
Pros:

Location is great and staff very friendly . Jay at the reception is very supportive and gave us a special price to extend our stay for one more night

Cons:

Location and staff very friendly . There is a bar opposite the hotel which gets very loud and crowded at night which could be a little chaotic at night for a family to enter and exit the venue

Not at the expected standard
Pros:

The staff were really helpful

Cons:

I shortened my stay here as the property was not what I was expecting. The photos made the property look clean and modern, in reality it was very run down and I didn’t feel it was very clean. My first room smelt bad so the staff did move me to another room which was a bit better but still not at the standard I was expecting.

The location is extremely busy and noisy.

הכל פשוט מסריח החדר לא דומה לתמונות ריח בכל המלון של חרא מיטה גרוע מרפסת חצי מטר חצי גוף במרפסת וחצי בחדר שילמתי 110 דולר ליום מראש.ועזבתי אחרי חמישה ימים שבחמישה ימים היתי מחוץ למלון בטיול ישנתי רק שלושה ימים ושילמתי על 11 יום.בוקין אני מאוכזה מימכם שאתם מיצגים מלון כזה אפילו לא כוכב 1 היתי נותן לא

Pros:

Prima hotel, bed erg hard. Douche was schoon en warm. Airco werkte goed. Wij zaten op de 9e verdieping aan de achterkant van het hotel maar hadden toch nog wel last van de herrie vanuit de straat 's avonds. Het hotel bevindt zich midden in dé bier straat van Hanoi. Het is wel op perfecte loopafstand van alles. Dus als je tegen een beetje herrie kunt is het prima!

Our stay at the Hanoi Center Silk Hotel was fantastic. Excellent location and really helpful staff, especially William who helped us organise taxis to our new hotel to avoid 40 degree heat! I would recommend this hotel highly.
