Luxurious stay
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with tour meeting points and major monuments easily accessible. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés, and the main lake is just a short walk away.

If you enjoy crêpes, make sure to visit **MCrepe** nearby — it is definitely worth trying!

Our rooms were gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, with great attention to detail and comfort. The hotel staff were brilliant, kind, and always supportive. The continental breakfast was also very nice.

Overall, a lovely stay in a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

Cons:

On the other hand, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The water in our VIP room was only lukewarm, which was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel only has a breakfast bar where guests can eat. The main restaurant is located in a separate building.

This may be because we travelled during the low season, when fewer guests are staying and the hotel may close its in-house restaurant. Nevertheless, it would be helpful if this were made clear to guests in advance.
