Luxury and beautiful stay for a nice price
Pros:

The hotel and my room was so good everything was perfect from my first day to the last day , it was so clean so quiet and so cozy and beautiful , I’ll definitely come back here next time .
All the staff were so helpful and very friendly Sarah and tom they were so sweet for helping me to scale my luggage before I go out and they helped me to balance it .
And Robert he borrowed me his helmet for the whole day he’s so nice for doing that .

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

We had a great stay in Hanoi. The hotel was nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Sarah, Bella and Tom! Thank you very much!
