Good Property, but Hospitality at Breakfast Fell Short
Pros:

Great location, close to many restaurants and just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and the front desk staff were polite and professional.

Cons:

The downside: The restaurant staff spoke very loudly, as if they were chatting casually outside or at home, which was completely inappropriate for what should have been a peaceful breakfast atmosphere. As there seemed to be no dedicated guest service staff in the restaurant, the servers did not appear to pay much attention to guests. They did not introduce the breakfast buffet, inform us that egg dishes and pho could be ordered as part of the breakfast, or even say goodbye when we left. I found this quite unprofessional for hospitality staff.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
A special thank you to Bellat, Sarah, and Tom for their outstanding service. They were always helpful, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their kindness and support.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
Pros:

The location was great it is within walking distance to all the main streets. The staff were super accommodating and kind. Bella, Robert & Tom were super helpful!

Cons:

It was a little bit noisy but out of control of the hotel staff due to construction outside. They apologised for this even though they couldn’t control it which was kind!

Perfect hotel, I just wish we stayed longer.
Pros:

We only stayed one night but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome by the staff. Rosa, Bella and Tom could not have been nicer or more professional.

Despite being a relatively small hotel, the breakfast was good with a surprisingly wide selection of foods.

Location wise it was perfect, being only a short walk to all the main Old Town stuff you want to see, Beer Street, Train Street and Hoàn Kiếm Lake just to name a few.

Great city stay
Pros:

Well, I liked everything. The hotel was clean and new! The room slightly small but for this price, it was great value. Breakfast was nice. The breakfast lounge upstairs has beautiful views. The staff was super friendly. Location was wonderful. Honestly, we liked everything about it. If you are looking for a city stay - great option!

Cons:

There was a small window in the room, but no proper view. But I knew that before booking so that was not an issue.

Pros:

地點很好，鄰近還劍湖。服務親切、裝潢別緻，早餐好吃

Cons:

浴室熱水不夠熱、插頭壞掉沒有通電、淋浴間的水會溢出來。
吹風機風量太小很不好用。
隔音很差，半夜12點還可以聽到警車、垃圾車和路人的喧嘩聲。
