A great spot near the centre
Pros:

Great location in the centre but not directly to be in the busy centre. Big room with nice view over the lake. Staff were attentive and a breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Only critique would be that the tv wouldn’t work

Purtroppo la pulizia della camera è stata una grande delusione. Abbiamo trovato moltissimi capelli, soprattutto sul letto: ce n’erano così tanti che abbiamo avuto la spiacevole sensazione che le lenzuola non fossero state cambiate. Inoltre, le lenzuola erano anche macchiate.

Per il prezzo pagato, ci aspettavamo sicuramente un livello di pulizia e igiene maggiore. È un vero peccato, perché una camera più pulita avrebbe reso il soggiorno decisamente più piacevole.

Très bon séjour seul bémol extra sur les cafés « non ordinaire » sans précisons.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait, copieux, délicieux. Seul bémol, il y juste le café filtre et le thé qui est compris dans le petit déjeuner sinon il faut payer pour un café expresso ect… Prix plus cher qu’un café à Paris. Ce n’est pas un problème si on le sait, mais là, personne nous a informé de ce « détail ». Une précision extra noté sur la carte ne serait pas de trop pour les gens qui ne parlent pas bien l’anglais. Cependant, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel !!! Ils sont vraiment top!!!!

De kamer was super schoon en netjes. En de plek is perfect.

Het personeel was een beetje opdringerig en vroeg naar onze mening een beetje hoge prijzen voor het boeken van taxi’s/kaartjes

Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y la ubicación era perfecta para conocer Kandy y moverse por la zona. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue el personal, de 10: súper amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Una estancia genial.

Sitio con muy buenas vistas, tranquilidad pero a la vez cerca del centro y un CHEF DE 10!
Pros:

Las vistas eran increíbles, la terraza, el alojamiento entero era precioso, sobre todo el restaurante donde desayunas o cenas, sus vistas, y como no, EL CHEF! Creo que fue donde mejor cenamos de todo SRILANKA, increíble! y el desayuno también espectacular, muy completo.
La cama era super cómoda y estaba increiblemente limpio! muy recomendable para una estancia céntrica pero a la vez "alejada" ya que en 5 minutos caminando estás en el centro; pero con la tranquilidad y el lago enfrente

Cons:

Para encontrar el hotel, fue dificil; nosotros fuimos en coche y no veíamos el cartel del hotel. Sería importante que se pudiera señalizar mucho mejor. También tienen espacio para poder aparcar pero solo 1 o 2 coches como mucho y la rampa para llegar en coche al hotel es MUY INCLINADA Y CON CURVA, es bastante dificil subir y acceder al hotel, y esto te genera un poco de ansiedad nada más llegar; así como (bajar luego con el coche). También son habitaciones tipo duplex, lo que hace que tengas el baño en la planta de abajo y arriba la cama, y pese a que es muy bonito, la decoración de el azulejo y pared del baño, considero que no es un acierto con lo bonito que es la habitacion y el hotel en general.

Por lo demás, todo espectacular!

Hotel met prachtig uitzicht op Kandy lake en The temple of the tooth.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers, prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Hele vriendelijke medewerkers die voor ons om 5 uur in de ochtend een takeaway ontbijt hadden gemaakt en onze koffers naar beneden droegen.

Cons:

De weg naar het hotel is steil, taxi kon er niet komen. Maar men haalt de koffers op met een tuktuk.
Onze wc-bril zat los en schoof er steeds af.
