Pros:

Fantastic staff with friendly staff and owners.
The lake is incredible, warm and beautiful surroundings to swim in. They even have rowing boats that you can take out for free on the lake.
Brilliant place to stay, large rooms and balcony.
The atmosphere was brilliant with a real family feel to it - so warm and friendly.

zu kurz für ein Resume...
Pros:

Ein exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet machte das etwas enge Zimmer wett (ohne Klima und Kühlschrank). Die Lage des Hotels am See ist grandios. Garten und sonstige Facilities sowie das Personal waren sehr ansprechend.

家族經營的湖畔飯店，風景宜人，所有員工都十分用心，也非常有服務熱忱！一泊二食的晚餐很精緻，值得推薦！早餐豐富包羅萬象。

少數餐廳人員服務不到位(可能是新進人員)，遺忘已點的餐點，一直未送來！

Pros:

Der ganze Aufenthalt war super. Das Essen war das beste was ich je gegessen habe. Da mag nicht einmal madame brasserie am Eiffelturm, oder so manche Kempinski hotels mit. Einfach top.
