Great location, but room for improvement.
Pros:

Great location right on the beach, with a private beach area, sun loungers and a nice swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, with daily cleaning and fresh towels.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every day, with little variety. The rooms were not well soundproofed, and we could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms.

La posizione sicuramente è eccezionale per girare l’isola ed inoltre ti permette di poter passare giornate di relax se non si ha voglia di uscire. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre molto, molto disponibile per tutto.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable, clan room. Fantastic breakfast

Cons:

Hard for management to control but a number of stray cats around the property and most mornings we could see and smell cat faeces around the sun loungers. Had to be very careful where we walked!

Great location.
Pros:

Probably the best location in Lygia. The main public part of the hotel is very nice with a great pool overlooking the sea. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bedroom was a bit tired. Air con was difficult to understand.

A good base to explore Lefkada.
Pros:

A lovely hotel right on the water, with views across to the mainland. There is a good selection of tavernas within a five minute walk, plus a minimarket and pharmacy. We arrived very late and the bar rustled up greek salad and chips for us, which we were very grateful for.
You need beach shoes for the stony strip of beach but the little bay is very sheltered for swimming and we loved having the sunbeds on the grass lawn.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was very dated and water temperature a bit dodgy.

Porto Lygia is a peaceful hotel right by the water. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable with a nice sea view. The pool and garden area are perfect for relaxing, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable
