Very comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel with a very good restaurant, good size rooms and we really had a good room in a quiet area of the hotel.

Cons:

The location was average as it is Milan but the cobble stones and lots of people sitting and walking along the canal where the hotel was, did not make it easy to get there with luggage from the metro. The breakfast was really average compared to other hotels in Italy where we stayed. The bread in particular was poor. Also something I have to mention is that there are a number of steps in the hotel that is really not easy for older people not knowing that the next room is lower, especially if you have a back problem. Our room for instance had a 30 cm step up to the room and getting out of the room forgetting about it, can be dangerous.

In the middle of Navigli action
Pros:

Wonderful and huge room on the top floor. Super King comfy bed, perfect location in Navigli, quiet despite the activity along the canal, and close to transport. Great breakfast!

Nice restaurant , disappointing hotel
Pros:

Great location if you want to be in the middle of all bars and restaurants. Nice restaurant in the hotel.

Cons:

We found the staff not to be very friendly or personable. When we arrived I requested an iron to the room and they never sent it. The room was old and the AC would not work unless we call the reception to activate it. It stopped working multiple times through the night and we had to call to ask them to turn it back on as it was really hot inside the room and noisy outside to open the window.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was good, friendly, helpful staff.
Bed was very comfortable. We had an inner courtyard room which was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Nothing, we had an issue with the plug in our sink but this was resolved very quickly with no further issues.

Pros:

authentic super nice hotel - easy going but also high quality - excellent breakfast and high quality restaurant - also very well protected from the somewhat noisy environment
