Abbiamo pagato, e non poco, per una stanza con aria condizionata ma appena arrivati al mattino ho informato la reception che non funzionava e ci hanno detto che avrebbero risolto. Tornati la sera con 34° l'aria non funzionava ancora, ci hanno portato un ventilatore per "risolvere la nostra problematica" ma ovviamente muoveva solo l'aria calda. Ci siamo svegliati rauchi e con mal di gola, abbiamo esposto nuovamente il problema al check out in reception ma l'unico che abbiamo ricevuto è stato un discorso su quanti soldi hanno speso i proprietari per l'impianto dell'aria condizionata e anche un be :l "Ragazzi dovete pagare anche la tassa di soggiorno" Mi sembra davvero impressionante questo pessimo servizio e per non avere ricevuto neanche un risarcimento per le pessime condizioni climatiche della camera.

Nella descrizione c è scritto che l hotel ha un parcheggio, in realtà si tratta di soli due posti auto sulla strada che devono essere prenotati prima. Avevo scelto questo albergo proprio per la posizione vicina alla metro e per la possibilità di poter lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio del hotel senza dover pagare il parcheggio(cosa che ho dovuto fare). Inoltre la nostra camera era un po piccola e proprio vicino alla reception quindi si sentiva tutto. C’é la moquette in stanza e non é una cosa che mi fa impazzire ma nelle foto è visibile, colpa mia che non me ne ero accorta. Chiaramente il rapporto qualità prezzo é un po sbilanciato ma purtroppo siamo a Milano e i prezzi per notte sono molto alti
