Pros:

Quiet location. 15/20 min walk to centre. Clean hotel. Staff were friendly especially the manager.

Cons:

Balcony advertised but was advised not to use due to monkeys - no chairs or table either. Was ‘upgraded’ a room but we were put under the restaurant which was extremely loud due to the moving of furniture. Constant in the early morning and evenings til late.

Pros:

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Kandy. Better if you have a car or tuk tuk because it is uphill.
The room was big and clean. When I arrived I had to have the towels changed because they had some stains. The staff was very polite. The hotel is OK, but definitely not a four star hotel as mentioned on Booking.

Cons:

Breakfast has to be improved, I can't judge the Sri Lanka breakfast, but the western breakfast was terrible. It was supposed to be buffet... There was a tiny plate with beans, a tiny plate of bacon, some eggs, fruit and yogurt.The quality of the food wasn't very good.

Nice hotel and the staff has been very friendly.

Cons:

Parking is limited but the staff managed to find us a spot by moving some of their vehicles.

O danks vriendelijk personeel niet aan te bevelen
Pros:

Prima locatie met mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

De 1e kamer had een airco fie enorme herrie maakte, de tv deed het niet. Daarnaast is het hotel enorm gehorig. Viltjes onder de stoelpoten kan geen kwaad. Verder moeten vooral de badkamers eens gronfig gereinigd worden. Die zijn niet schoon.

Pros:

Location and view are very nice. The place itself is nice too and the jacuzzi was a nice add-on. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Gave us instructions and were proactive in our needs.

Cons:

They asked us if we need house keeping service while going out second day and we said yes, but when we came back no one did anything in terms of changing the towels, doing bed etc.
