O danks vriendelijk personeel niet aan te bevelen

Prima locatie met mooi uitzicht en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

De 1e kamer had een airco fie enorme herrie maakte, de tv deed het niet. Daarnaast is het hotel enorm gehorig. Viltjes onder de stoelpoten kan geen kwaad. Verder moeten vooral de badkamers eens gronfig gereinigd worden. Die zijn niet schoon.

Location and view are very nice. The place itself is nice too and the jacuzzi was a nice add-on. Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Gave us instructions and were proactive in our needs.

Cons:

They asked us if we need house keeping service while going out second day and we said yes, but when we came back no one did anything in terms of changing the towels, doing bed etc.

“Excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding customer service — highly recommende
Pros:

The property offered a beautiful view, comfortable rooms, and excellent hospitality. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated their understanding when one of us became unwell before checkout, causing about a 20-minute delay. They kindly allowed the extra time without charging any additional fee, which showed great customer care.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike. If I had to mention something, a few additional amenities or entertainment options would make the stay even better. Overall, everything was well managed and enjoyable.

Pros:

Clean room, fantastic breakfast, wonderful views and really attentive manager who checked in on our needs and stay.

Cons:

Within 15 min walking distance to lake but as females not as convenient to walk back uphill at night. Room slightly dated but comfortable.
