I didn’t like how I was treated by the pool. I bought an ice cream from the bar and sat down to eat it and a was abruptly told I couldn’t sit there. This was because I had my own water bottle and not one from the bar.

Pues nos tocó abajo el la habitación 008 y el único fallo no había terraza y a la hora de dejar secar el bañador y las toallas fue un poco complicado me parece que en el baño había un tendero pero no tenía cuerda Ha

Señora que recibe muy amable y explica todo muy bien.
Decoración habitación.

Cons:

Hamacas de piscina no incluidas para clientes del hotel (4 euros extra cada una)
No había luz por la noche en el pasillo de acceso a las habitaciones. Ni en la puerta de entrada al hotel (podían poner algún sensor)
No había repisa en la ducha donde apoyar jabón etc
Puerta de camino a la playa que iba con llave sensor se quedaba atrancada y tenías que probar muchas veces hasta que le daba por abrir y estuvimos varias personas allí sin poder entrar ni salir (aunque sea problema de la urbanización y no del hotel)

A wonderful stay, we will definitely be back
Pros:

Beautiful, beautiful place! Would definitely recommend. Staff were lovely, room was spotless and spacious. Pool was great, snack bar serving varied menu all day. Can’t wait to visit again. 10 minute walk to Burriana beach through stunning gardens with waterfalls and turtles!

Pool area poor, had to pay for beds. Hadn't been sent the access code to get in the hotel before we arrived. No staff on at night.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Bebekli konaklama yaptık ve fazla zorluk çekmedik.
Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Bir ihtiyaç olduğunda hemen ilgileniyorlar. Odalar yeterli ve temizdi.

Cons:

Havuz güzel fakat ortak kullanım. Site sakinleri de gelip kullanabiliyor, Ayrı bir işletme olan snackbar var ücret karşılığı yiyip içebilirsiniz fakat bir kaç personeli pek sevecen değil. Ayrıca koridor sonu odalarda wifi çekmiyor internet paketiniz olması lazım. Çocuk veya bebekle kalacaksanız plaja inmek için arabanız olması şart.

Relax e silenzio quasi totale
Pros:

Complesso molto pulito ed accogliente. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora che ci ha accolto, sorridente e molto gentile.

Cons:

Al di fuori del complesso non c'era niente, tranne un bar che chiudeva alle 22:00. Il lungo mare raggiungibile in auto o tramite un percorso di scalini non facili da percorrere più volte al giorno.
