Wir wollten noch vor Ablauf der Stornofrist eine Person aus der Buchung stornieren. Wir haben das Hotel schriftlich kontaktiert, dieses berief sich auf booking.com. Leider haben wir von trotz zweimaligem Email bisher keine Antwort von booking erhalten, hinsichtlich einer Geldrückerstattung.

Odlična cena za nastanitev, soba dovolj velika, prijazno osebje, pripravljeno pomagati.
Moti malo, da je recepcija v drugi zgradbi, a to sem vedela v naprej, tako da se ne pritožujem.

расположение, и в целом все было нормально, хотелось бы жить в новом корпусе отеля, но к сожалению все было там занято, было бы здорово, если бы и этот корпус в котором мы жилы - тоже отремонтировали
а так, все было отлично, номер был чистый очень
что все немного устаревшее, не смотря на то что все чистое, но тем не менее, уже все немного устаревшее и уставшее, как будто бы напомнило 2000х года, хотелось бы чтобы ремонт освежили как-то, чтобы тоже было красиво конечно

Staff was extra friendly. We were traveling with a dog, which we forgot to mention forehand, but everyone was full of understanding and they told us they have a lot of experience with people traveling woth pets, so we were completely relaxed.
Osoblje je super,djevojke koje rade na recepciji usluzne,soba je cista,uredna,sa pogledom na grad koji eto mozda i nije najljepsi ali je meni bila bitna blizina Skocjanskog zatoka i rentanje bicikla koje sam isto rjesila unutar hotela,tako da je sveukupno putovanje cista 10!!!

It is close to the bus stop.
Very nice receptionists. The gentleman offered to make me coffee and also brought me water while I wait. This is genuine hospitality!
Every one in the checkin and checkout were nice.
The bed was comfortable.
The check-in was in another building. It was already announced. But that building is across the street. Also, main entrance to this hotel doesn’t work. So you actually should use the second, side entrance.
The code wasn’t working at once. Luckily the second code worked in the second try. Otherwise, I will have to walk the 500 feet to go to the reception since I didn’t have a local phone number to call the reception.
The phone in the room didn’t work.
The bathroom was not draining fully.
The room had a mild smoke smell, although the room is no-smoking room.
Some dust was in the room. Not adequate vacuuming.
One major issue was:
The cleaning lady was extremely annoying. She knocked on the door at least 5 times and opened it at least thrice, starting from 7:40 am on the last day (check out time was 11 am and I left sharp at 11 am). I understand doing it on a random day. But trying to clean the room early on the last day is silly. I might have gone for breakfast and come back. Then her cleaning would go waste since I would use the room and she would need to clean again before the next guest.
The repeated knocking and opening the door also made it like urging you to leave the room earlier than 11 am. Funny enough she stopped doing that after her last attempt around 10:30 am and nowhere to be found when I left at 11 am.
There was no “do not disturb” sign to hang and no glass/hole on the door to check who is knocking either. This is an easy thing to fix. The hotel management should let the cleaning person know not to knock or open the door of the people who are checking out that day until 11 am. Reasonable to do that for others - but that too shouldn’t be excessive and not too early (no need to wake someone up at 7:40 am for cleaning). Once you realize someone is in the room, you can skip that room for the day (it is the customer’s fault if they are in the room during the cleaning time after all) rather than coming back in 20 minutes to check again.
