Bien pour la vue
Pros:

La vue et les equipements exterieurs sont superbes

Cons:

La chambre etait petite. On avait la tete dans le lavabo quand on etait installé aux toilettes. Le.petit dejeuner est copieux mais pas terrible du tout

Pros:

Excelente el hotel, solo que nos tocó las habitaciones mas altas, mas precisamente la buhardilla, la ventana solo se veía el cielo. Y además no tenía cortinas. , solo bastócon solicitarla y lo repararon. El resto fue excelente. .

Experiencia memorable en la Bahía de Kotor.
Pros:

La vista a la bahía es de ensueño, difícil de igualar.
El hotel está al borde del mar lo que permite disfrutarlo desde el desayuno. Tomamos un tour en lancha y nos recogieron en el muelle privado del hotel. El desayuno es bueno y la atención de las señoritas de la recepción es magnífica. Nos encantó la piscina.

Cons:

Las habitaciones ya deben ser renovadas.

Hommiku söök oli rikkalik, teenindajad meelivad. Meeldiv õhkkond. Privaatne rand ja bassein oli imetore lõõgastumiseks.

Vannitoas mitmed probleemid. Dussinurga uksed ei toiminud, igakord pidi meeletult vaeva nägema, et uksed kinni saada ja ikkagi lõplkult ei saanud. Käidi korra parandamas ja kohe oli see samas olukorras. WC potist ei tahtnud eriti hästi alla minna. Pidi kaua näppu nupul hoidma. Tundub, et see on probleemne kõikjal. Kuna meil oli kaks tuba, eri majades ja samad mured.
Koristus oli aegajal puudulik. Mingi päev oli väga hästi koristatud ja teine päev jälle polnud koristatudki

Again in my favorite place

Beautiful location but standard of rooms can be improved
Pros:

The hotel was located by the Adriatic sea which was beautiful. However, the room was small, and the shower area even smaller. The upkeep of the room was much to be desired, marked walls and a torn bedsheet. The WC was far too close to the sink and you had to manouver yourself to sit on the toilet seat. Staff were friendly even though they gave us conflicting feedback about billing.

Very good, recommend if you don’t mind dated and basic rooms
Pros:

We spend 4 nights there beginning of September. I really like the hotel and its location so I give 10/10. The hotel was clean, food was nice and staff were friendly .

Cons:

The rooms are dated even the more expensive one. no curtains . Shutters are broken and light wake you up early. Take eye mask with you . The shower was leaking and we reported it few times but still leaked. The sockets was faulty. The fridge wasn’t working. The rooms need sorting out as the hotel is great and its location is really nice.

Mantenimiento del hotel deficiente.
Habitacion para 3 con un plegatin que se clavavan los hierros en la espalda con un colchon de 1 cm de grosor. Cuarto de baño muy viejo, imposibilidad de cerrar la luz durante la noche. Porticones de las ventanas rotos completamente.
Precio para 2 noches 488€. Muy mala relacion calidad/ precio.Limpieza regular.

Hotel is in a great location and has great potential to be excellent but let down by tiredness/lack of repair.
Pros:

amazing location - one of the best on Bay of Kotor. Away from the business and with great views and morning sun. Good bus link into town or an easy 30/40 minute walk (but take care as no pavement and narrow roads). Outside eating area is super, food some of the best we have had in Montenegro and good dining service. Clean pool.

Cons:

Bedrooms dated and tired; odd reception area; Inside hotel service is a bit ‘Fawlty Towers’ - zero/poor welcome on check-in; shower gel empty on check in and it took 4 requests and 2 days to get it filled; No pool towels before 11am when pool bar opened; all e-bikes broken; no curtains (just voiles) so woken up by light; beach-side sunbeds all ripped. The simplest request to Main Reception seemed too much for her, and never any apologies.

Pros:

Lovely location

Cons:

The reception desk was very disappointing.
I arrived on a motorcycle after a six hour ride from Split and couldn’t get in the carpark .I walked to the desk and was told she would open the gate,went back but it was still closed.Walked back and she was talking to someone and had forgotten.
I also reported a problem in my room and she did nothing.

Perfect for chill out
Pros:

Well equipped hotel poses everything you need to chill out.

Great service, super clean.

Perfect for simpe rest.

Cons:

For two persons, room si not that spacious.

There is no option to walk around, hotel is on the main road where two cars squeezing past each other, busses not to mention.

If you want to go anywhere outside, car/cab is a musy
