Hier sind Sie richtig! Ein gutes Hotel auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Bis bald!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Fjord. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Schönes, historisch anmutendes Gebäude. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut organisiert und äußerst gepflegt. Das professionelle Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Parken (Motorrad) unter Solarpaneelen im gesicherten Parkdeck. Schöner Garten mit Sitzplätzen und kleinem Kiesstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. DInner und Frühstück lassen keine Wünsche offen. Gegenüber gibt es ein uriges Restaurant. Wäscheservice termingerecht und zuverlässig, wenn auch nicht ganz kostengünstig.

SUPERIORZIMMER CA .3X4M,keine Ablagen, WC halb unter Waschbecken, nur verkrümmt benutzbar, ausserdem nur ca. 1,5 qm gross. Zimmer für älterres Ehepaar nicht benutzbar, deshalb vorzeitig abgereist.
180 € viel zu teuer. Lt. Auskunft an der Rezeption: Superior, weil Fenster zum Meer.Kein Balkon

Lovely friendly hotel in a peaceful location with amazing views.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful views, really friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to Kotor old town by bus or taxi. We did a boat trip which picked us up from the hotel.

Cons:

There wasn’t a lot of vegan choices for breakfast and on the restaurant menu but what I had was good.

Picturesque stay in a traditional hotel on the water
Pros:

The property was stunning - great location on the water - very picturesque

The pool was nice, next to a pebble beach, both with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas.
Dining al fresco right on the dock was lovely. There was plenty of space for relaxing and staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Some of the upkeep needs updating - a lot of the sofas had white upholstery which inevitably lead to some of them being stained/ grubby
The bathroom door and our room door were sometimes difficult to close.

Beautiful scenery, out of the hubbub of Kotor town. Excellent service.
Pros:

Staff were really helpful. Ask at reception for things to do and how to get there. Take the bus to kotor old town and back (so much cheaper)
Rooms not huge but clean and comfy, we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was fabulous - lots of choice and very leisurely.
Having gone to kotor in the evening we realise what a good choice it was to stay here.

Cons:

Nothing really. It's a 35 min walk into the centre of Kotor, but if you don't want to do that you can get a cab or a bus.

A truly breathtaking location in a lovely, friendly hotel
Pros:

The first thing that struck me were the utterly stunning views, the hotel is authentic, rustic and the outside feels high end and very well appointed. It's position in the bay is to die for and having a morning coffee at the waters edge on a table for two with the imposing mountains surrounding you is really a moment to behold.

There is a great pool with plenty of beds, a cute little private beach and a huge area to sit at the water's edge and drink in the wonderful vista. There is a small gym room which has some free weights; it's nothing fancy but it gets you out of trouble.

I found the staff an utter delight, smiling faces, happy to be there and happy to help. They were very attentive, not pushy at all and we were on first name terms with some almost immediately.....I was never looking around for someone to bring me another beer, they just got it right.

Breakfast was perfect, good/wide selection, very healthy options and not too much rubbish food.

The rooms are exactly what you see in the picture.... they are fine, yes they are not newly refurbished and trendy but the style is in keeping. They are not expensive at all so they are about right and shouldn't really warrant criticism. The toilet is at a unconventional angle to the basin however I'm 6'2" and I had no problem so I don't know why some people even mention it. The rooms were clean and well serviced but to be fair my shower door was difficult to operate (room 203 if you are reading this) and needed fixing.

The hotel is in a delightful spot away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor and is a 30-minute stroll to or from the hotel. People have pointed out there is not a pavement, which is true, the cars whizz past, which is true, however we didn't feel unsafe at all. Most of the time we walked side by side chatting away. If you have small children it would be better in a cab. The bus service looks a bit hit and miss so we just walked and it was a nice thing to do. You can easily get a cab which is very cheap and only 5 mins.

I could have existed at the hotel and Kotor old town for a week and done nothing else. This for me is a relaxing type break and not a whistle stop to get everything done. Much is the same beauty and authenticity wherever you go. Having said that, the cable car is a must and a speed boat trip to a neighbouring site was a nice interlude.

I'm generally quite critical of service and hotels etc but in this case I have nothing but good to say, I felt comfortable and welcomed from the first second I arrived to the sad moment I had to leave.

A estrutura do hotel é linda. Uma vista incrível. Com direito à praia particular. Ideal pra quem busca sossego e não tem intenção de fazer atividades fora do hotel.

Cons:

Longe do centro de Kotor. Difícil locomoção, apenas por táxi, carro alugado ou caminhada de 40 minutos até o centro histórico. Os ônibus públicos não passam com frequência.

Pleasant time at a hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel right by the water with a private beach and lovely restaurant. Restaurant staff were all so lovely and Irina at reception was extremely kind and helpful. Also thanks to the Serbian student, who helped with translation.
Lovely place, would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Could hear all outside noise very clearly, even at night so it was a bit difficult to sleep. Room design meant very narrow walkway between bed and table.

Un po' distante dal centro, e che prima avevo prenotato il parcheggio moto ma quando sono arrivato mi hanno fatto arrangiare, alla prenotazione mi hanno detto che si paga, quando sono arrivato che non si paga, e quando sono andato via ho dovuto pagare, non sanno nemmeno loro.
