Pros:

La proximité de la Gare de shinkansen et d'une gare de bus. La possibilité de prendre un bain chaud dans le sento

Cons:

Le sento côté hommes était couvert d'une couche de mousse de plusieurs cm, sans doute par suite d'une plaisanterie de très mauvais goût de clients qui ont dû verser toute une bouteille de gel douche dans le bain chaud. Le personnel a manqué de réactivité pour y remédier et a fermé le sento le lendemain toute la journée.
Je n'avais jamais cela au cours de mes multiples voyages au Japon, et de plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel.

フロントやレストランの職員の方々がとても親切でした

Cons:

部屋のバスタオルの置き方がバラバラでやっつけ？清潔感にかけました。
朝、大浴場に行ったら浴室からの出入口に足拭きマットが無く、アメニティなど、清掃されてなかった。残念です

Pros:

目の前にバス停、狭いけど大浴場があった、朝食はまずまず良かった

Pros:

Room was spacious, more than other ones we stayed in on this trip. AC timer can be set to turn on or off, which was much needed for hot nights. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Staff was nice, we used luggage storage before check in which was very helpful.

It was a good stay
Pros:

Clean, room adapted to wheelchair user, with a bath chair. Close to bus and metro station

Cons:

No laundry services for underwear and socks, I spent 2 hours to clean and dry them with the machines available.
